Beautiful selection of items, but am disappointed in their customer service. I purchased some items online, then went to pick them up, however the packages they gave me did not include all the things ordered, and I assumed they had included everything and left, now cannot get those items. The two items were very smell, inexpensive items, so not a big deal, but dealing with customer support on this issue was a nightmare (and only did this for the principal of it). After all this, never received those two items.

Every trip to World Market is amazing. Today, I found excellent deals on fall decor and experienced excellent customer service.

I love world market. It's a very dangerous place for me to visit. Online or in person.

Lots of neat little trinkets and items made in other countries, some overpriced, but a lot was reasonable. Also, there were a lot of snacks in the market from other countries, I'm watching my figure or I totally would've splurged on just that section alone!

Manager Etti has poor customer service skills, she is rude and unhelpful.

Absolutely my favorite place to shop for imported foods, beers and wines. Wonderful home accessories and one of a kind furniture. Great rugs, planters and wall decor. A large selection of candles and incense, spa and bath goodies, and an amazing selection of kitchen goods. Love shopping for gifts and holiday decorations, too. Very reasonable prices for high quality goods. Definitely recommend World Market.

World Market is a place to find food items from other cultures not available elsewhere. Always interesting to browse.

It was my first time! I signed up for the rewards and saved $15 bucks! The registration at check out was breezy bc the clerk assisted me in the whole set up without feeling rushed bc there were PLENTY of checkers. And I find that VERY important.

Great store. Lots of various things at good prices. Staff were helpful and checkout lines moved quickly.

Fun spot to get gifts and unusual snacks from around the world. It's also a good spot to get stocking-stuffers.

Plenty of parking and lots of cool things. We always walk out with something new. Food items and gifts.

The employees seem to be friendly. The selections are great. They do have items on sales but don't always have a sales sign near the items. I also like the sample drinks at the entrance for me to try out the new tea and coffee.

Funny these days you can't find good service.rude people are everywhere so staying home saves money.

Always great place to buy something unique and traditional stuff you don't see normally. Check it out you will find it more satisfying. I highly recommend it.
