Worthy Brewing Company

Everyone is going through staffing issues right now and waiting a little longer for food/service is something to note before going to any establishment. But, I would love to shine a light on the service we received by one manager the night we came in for drinks and food (on Sept 23). I don't know her name but she was super friendly and maintained a calm demeanor, as she apologized for the wait, even through the adversity she was going through that night being extremely short staffed. The food and drinks were great and so was the atmosphere. We had a great time. Don't let the bad reviews turn you away.

We had a party of ten. Went in and got seated. Ordered a few appetizers and received them. The the waitress said that if we ordered food it would be 2 hours. Yes, two hours. Obviously they have no concept of what the reason a person goes to a restaurant for. We had 3 children and 7 adults. Worst excuse for a restaurant ever! Terrible. Don’t waste your time. I never write these but seriously they were not ever busy! All they want to do is sell mediocre beer. Doug.

Excellent food at a really cool restaurant that is environmentally friendly. They have both indoor & outdoor seating and also has a family friendly observatory on site. Definitely recommend this place if you're traveling through or live nearby.
I had the Blackened Steelhead trout sandwich, my wife had the pulled pork tacos. Both meals were very good. We sat at the bar because waiting on a table was about an hour. Service was a little slow but that's because the bartender was very busy- she did a great job and was probably the best she could do considering how busy she was. No complaints about my visit.

Host staff were friendly. Unfortunately that's where my positive review ends.

We came in on a Monday evening, so it wasn't busy. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes before the bartender acknowledged us by saying "You guys know we have a VERY LIMITED menu right? "

No worries- we just want to try your beer! Could we have a flight?

She left us with a paper to write the four beers we wanted down and then never came back. We waited 25 minutes and finally just left ‍️

I get that employees are hard to find right now but employees like this will cost you business.

The Buffalo wings were amazing. The Oregon pear pizza, was just as awesome. Melissa, the bartender, was very informative, of the #cuckoonest

This is an experience-only review because we never even got our beers. Fiancé and I showed up on a Monday evening. Place was not very busy. We sat at the bar. It took over ten minutes for the bar tender to even acknowledge us. We were going to do a flight as we were new to the brewery and wanted to sample many things. This isn’t a big deal. Breweries expect to pour flights followed by pints. She brought us the paper to fill out with our decisions, which we already had ready due to the prior ten minute wait. She left and then just never came back. Seriously. We waited a total of 25 minutes from sitting at the bar before we walked out. During that time we saw a couple of what might be regulars walk in and immediately get served. Dude next to us was trying to get his check for the entire time we waited, too. Having finished his beer and food before we even sat down. Horrible service.

Sat outside, went for music but they stopped playing shortly thereafter. I had shrimp appitizer which was very good.

Beers were great. Had the Stratus Hazy IPA & Worthy NW IPA. Flavor was good. We bought a Growler bottle of the Stratus. My wife also tried the mudslide. She likes it so much that we bought Growler bottles.
For dinner we had the Cubano. Plenty of meat and flavorful. Also had the Oregon Pear Pizza. Both were huge and we had leftovers for breakfast. The sweet Tots which came with the Sandwich was unusual. Fried to perfection.

Server Travis J did not have good customer service. Wasn’t rude or anything but didn’t know what he was doing, food was okay.

Just came for tasting.six 5oz pours for $12, not bad. Liked the Worthy IPA and Milk Stout the best.

Braving a summer Saturday night without a reservation, my wife and I decided to give dinner out at Worthy Brewing a shot, a place we’ve known about for years but had never thought to try. And that’s partly because we are high-maintenance diners with annoying restrictions. We eat a VERY low carb diet so dinner out isn’t easy.

We were seated immediately and our waitress, Vanessa, took amazing care of us. Special requests about the wine, substitutions on the items ordered, all no problem at all with her. And the food was delicious, delivered hot and fresh exactly as we had asked.

We will be back, largely because of the great service we received.

The food was fine, nothing exceptional. Service was low quality and to top it off… they add 18% gratuity for parties of 6 or more…. Come on Worthy… maybe try a little harder to provide a good experience! Will not go back or give a good recommendation.

The Merci, Mon Cheri is an excellent not-too-tart cherry gose. Fried Brussel sprouts with their special sauce were some of the best brussel sprouts I've had! However, Truffle Pizza tasted like it was lacking truffle. The pizza and pretzel were both slightly sub par.

Friendly service and beautiful indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of space.

Would like to try more of the menu.

Edit: Have since tried many more options in the menu, and have been consistently impressed.

We’ve lived here 18 years and enjoy all the breweries here, but lunch today at Worthy put them on the top in terms of food. I had the burrata and beet salad (beets fresh from their garden) with steelhead, and it was sublime. Steelhead was perfectly seasoned and cooked, the burrata was fresh and the glorious beets were out of this world. All topped off with a refreshing Sol Power Pilsner. And the server was as delightful as the food. A+!

Great food, great beer, awesome staff, dog friendly patio with live music and fire pits. Worthy has become a go to spot anytime our travels bring us to Oregon. Big fan of the locally sourced ingredients and the garden/greenhouse right on site.

I think this place should be called worthless. I ordered a margarita and it was like juice. I had them take it back to make me another and it took over 15 min and still nothing. I got fed up and asked for the bill never even got my drink$14 for a small thing. So so not with it. Will never again go back

Excellent beers, food choices, and service. Nice garden area, too, where their veggies are grown.

Menu is becoming very small, removed the Southwestern salad. They use to have great mustard with their pretzel. Not any more. Lettuce in the garden salad was shredded. Overall good quality has dropped significantly

Solid beer and food but the service was awful awful awful. We wanted to drink more but our server disappeared for 45 minutes at a time. Order a beer before my food came and didn’t have it until after I had finished my meal. We had to go up to the bar to pay for our meal.

2 years and in a row we have tried to come to this place but can't get in. There's an entire balcony upstairs open but they're not seating anybody for some reason. That was my last try. Reading reviews it sounds Ike mediocre anyhow.
