Good speeds and connections, but if the payment is missed and there is no internet you can not access the payment portal in order to pay the bill and get services turned back on

I'm 71 years old and completely intimidated by technology. I live on a large rural property that requires satellite internet. The service I've received from wtechlink is incredible. I've used their service for ten years. I can't say enough about there employees. Cody, Brian and Mitch provide excellent service. They are patient with me and never condescending about my lack of understanding technology.

We subscribed to Wtech Internet today. Very impressed with the technician. He was professional, quick and competent. Very satisfied with the service.

Love the service provided by these people unfortunately i lots my soon and lost the service owing money. I hope to get that old bill taken care of because I miss their reliability and internet speeds.

I’ve had to rely of Wtechlink while traveling for work. I worked with Rachel when I set up my service and was honestly skeptical, but their tech support and customer service were just fantastic when I needed help. I’d recommend Wtechlink to anyone in their area of service.

Originally gave 5 stars since I've had this service for years and overall the up time has been great. My only suggestion: There are times when the service goes down, it would be nice to be able to get some sort of an ISP Status. (3rd party website, cell phone notification) so I wouldn't have to troubleshoot on my end.

-1 star. 3 years later and no status indicator on wtechlink website. So when the internet drops out, I still have to fiddle with my equipment not knowing if the problem is on my end or with wtechlink.
