After several years of being an X Finity customer, I must say they have come through in the end with everything I have asked for. In a dated complex with a degraded line they helped define the problem issue well enough so the building owners agreed to adding an outside line to serve our medical teleconferencing needs during the pandemic. They have replaced my modem, rebooted my system and walked me through many processes, successfully.

I was on and out of there less than 10 minutes, the person who helped me was really nice and patient. Visit was pleasant and I saved $$ too.

The in-home service provided by Xfinity (by George the technician) was superb. Got new boxes installed and working plus remotes and taught us how to use everything. Couldn't have asked for more.

I have never received good customer service from Xfinity and this visit didn't change my opinion. It wasn't the service persons fault. Went all the way out and their systems were down all day. That was after 23 minutes of phone time. Too big of a company to care

Nice employees, clean store and they have bottled water while you wait but it is always a super long wait to get help

Wost company in human history. Constantly overcharging and then I spend hours on the phone and yet I will still have to call back the next month because they didn't actually fix it the first time. This is a terrible terrible company. They are guilty of widespread fraud.

My husband and I came in to get WiFi in our new house and Chandler Borden was OUTSTANDING! She went out of our way to find the best plan for us and was very personable. Loved our experience with her!

Ended service & they did not remember my refundable "fee" for supposedly having bad credit when I signed up. They do not acknowledge my proof of this fee. They are crooks who have some bad karma coming their way.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH XFINITY. Long story short, they over promise and under deliver.
- moved to new location where they already had xfinity and I have mobile as well and had to prove it in store for them to agree to cancel without fee
- once proved, they said they still couldn’t do anything (Redmond, WA xfintiy). Cancelled anyways
- spoke with loyalty customer service on phone (Joe) and he said I didn’t cancel anything. Told him I wouldn’t cancel if there was a cancelation fee at this point nor a service fee on mobile because to not have internet with Xfinity, there is a $15 (that I later learned was $10, that comes up as $8.99 on my bill) to connect your phone. He agreed. Phone call was recorded
- 2 months later, I look at my bill and there is a service fee so I call xfinity
- 4 people had me wrote 4 different numbers of who to contact about this. Not educated people about their own services.
- corporate said they would look into it. Took them a week and came back with, “We listened to the recording and there wasn’t anything said about no service fee and we can’t do anything about it. ”
I would not have canceled if there was just going to be another fee and I told every single person I talked to. XFINITY OVER PROMISES ANS UNDER DELIVERS. Now I just want away from this corporation who clearly does not care about their trainees’ education process nor their customers. There are a lot of bad reviews. Listen to them please.
There is a reason we wrote these.
So the next person doesn’t have to go through this.

Never ever buy this cable we called and after hours of talking to different dapartments they finally told us that we can either pay the debt of the last person that lived here or not have cable after a week of having it and there customer service is super rude! If I could rate it 0 starts I for sure would

CS was excellent however very over priced for internet svc. Decent cell svc plans VERY competitive.

I'd highly recommend coming here instead of calling in. Things get done right and get done fast. It's so much better than the mess when you dial in. It's worth the inconvenience of having to get in the car and driving somewhere.

What to say. More of the same poor service. Charging customers for their mistakes. A tech disconnected my service when connecting another apartment, and they are charging me $70 to have a tech come out and connect my service.

The staff are all very friendly. They are quick to get you in and take care of each person as quickly and friendly as possible.

Spent 2 hours waiting to pay a bill. Don't bring in money order and have only the exact change if you plan to use payment machines.or you get queued they said 45 mins but two episodes of Fixer Upper later I paid my bill in 2 minutes.

Calling Xfinity can be a time consuming pain. It is worth your time to go visit them in person. The employees here are super helpful, Sammie and Howard in particular. With just 20 minutes of my time they helped me cut my bill by a third and were incredibly friendly and professional. They are even going to send someone out to check on the neighborhood cables. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

I don't even know where to begin from the fact that the store location can't do anything on your bill from the fact that you still have to call in to get anything done there is so much redundancies and extra staff at this company it's clear that's why they're going belly-up and fighting to maintain the foothold they have on the cable industry.calling India Xfinity or going into the stores is one of the most joke experiences you'll ever have in your life.prime example of how the United States government is letting us down and not prosecuting monopolies when they truly exist. I wouldn't go into the store if you plan on having a productive day.

You know what? Evil Comcast is actually pretty easygoing.

We had been buying cellular service from another carrier and internet only from Comcast. We used a tiny portion of our allotted mobile data and were paying too much for it.

One Friday we stopped by to inquire about a deal including cable TV. We waited maybe five minutes after being greeted (thanks a lot, Apple; now every store has to have a damn concierge) and in another ten minutes with a pleasant young man, we had gotten rid of Verizon (there, I said it), kept our phone numbers, gotten mid-grade new LG smartphones, set up cable TV, reduced the charge for our internet, and saved $50 a month.

If that's evil, sign me up.

Great service! Everything i needed was done quick and when i hot home i needed a lil xtra help and they walked me through it over the phone. No holds or computers to yell at.
