Xfinity Store by Comcast

I work from home and use high speed internet that my job pays for.my boss recently decided to switch me to centurylink, and i didn't question it, cause free internet is free internet.but upon returning my modem after cancelling my comcast internet, the person helping me would not let it go that comcast internet was faster.i politely tried to tell him that i had nothing to do withe decision and, to which he called my boss cheap.i made a conscious effort to look at the ground, and not engage any further instead deciding to just patiently wait for the interaction to be over, but they wouldn't give it up.i ended up spending the better part of 5 minutes listening to him go on and on about how centurylink internet wasnt as reliable or fast, and that my boss was cheap.long story short, if i have to pay for my own internet in the future, i will go elsewhere.

After a week of talking to multiple agents about an internet outage that occured, I was directed to go into a comcast store to resolve my issue. Luckily, Logan who was from another store was helping out. He went above and beyond to help me with my issue and personally emailed me later in the day. I could not be more satisfied with how much he went out of his way to help me. If you need help, I highly recommend asking for him. He was extremely patient and understanding with me, even though I was not thrilled my problem caused me to have to visit the store.

Well, since I was a kid, I've heard the cliche "even worse than dealing with the cable company" implying that situation is even worse than the cable company. I've found that only death and the IRS are worse than dealing with Comcast Xfinity. I imagine living under a violent dictatorship would qualify as well. Cliche is Cliche for a reason it appears.

It's clean and well designed, I suppose, but the employees there were indifferent to borderline rude. Returned a modem there, wasn't busy (a whole two whopping people ahead of me, already seated and waiting), and the guy there STRONGLY encouraged me to send the unit via ups (wasn't clear if that expense was on me or them), but I had time to kill and decided to wait it out. It took 20 minutes. To me, on a dead day w next to nobody there, this seemed a long time. I wasn't too annoyed by it as it was a leisure day, but the whole experience was pretty dismal.

The friendly staff really know their stuff. There are tv's all around and they always have something exciting to look at. The services provided are ones that work great. An inviting place.

Don't mind using them online but I tell you calling in as a whole nother story half the time they don't even pay attention to what you're saying so they end up asking you the same damn question over

After moving to Vancouver I went into the expanded the store to sign up for cable Internet and home security I also purchased the new iPhone 7 Plus and go and excellent price I use my old phone number and my bill is cheaper even with the cost of the new phone added to my monthly bill cheaper than when I was with AT&T
