I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Xfinity agent Athena. In an era where online payment systems are becoming increasingly complex, Athena's dedication and patience in assisting me with setting up new plans for my properties truly stood out.
Comcast's recent system updates had made it challenging for me to make payments online, and I had to resort to visiting the store in person. However, Athena made this process much smoother and more manageable. What impressed me the most was her unwavering commitment to customer service, even when she was exceptionally busy and the store was approaching closing time.
Athena's ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor was truly remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure that I found the best packages to suit my specific needs. Her expertise and willingness to assist me, despite the circumstances, made a significant difference.
I genuinely appreciate Athena's dedication and professionalism, and I want to thank her for making my experience at Comcast a positive one. This company gave me the wrong modem. Had to take it back after hours on the phone. Never got internet. Took forever for you guys to allow me to get a technician. The technician never showed. Had me waiting for hours. No communication. People on the phone and chat blatantly lied to me multiple times about ETA. Rescheduled for next morning. Never showed. Again had me waiting for hours. By far the worst company I have ever worked with.
My service was canceled at my home while I was just trying to switch over my services to my new address. The agent (Jatin) cancelled my service while I was talking to them. Then, I had to troubleshoot for hours to only be told to go the store and wait hours. I went to the store and had to pay $25 to reactive the account even though I never requested it be cancelled. Then the agent at the store said “this is a minor inconvenience, there are much worse cases that come through the door”
I was embarrassed, frustrated, and felt zero empathy from the store manager or their team. I’m looking forward to canceling my xfinity accounts! Worst experience from an internet provider ever!

I canceled my service July 31st and they are trying to charge me services Aug 5th - Sept 4th. It takes God to be able to get a hold of a real person to talk to. I absolutely hate this company. They are THE WORST.
Absolutely incredible service from Xfinity. I’ve moved around a lot and have dealt with a lot of different Internet providers as a result. I have not once needed to call customer service or troubleshoot any sort of problems the whole time I’ve been with Xfinity. Setup was super easy and I’ve had no issues at all. Great speed, no blackouts, no surprise fees or upcharges, and when I had to cancel service due to my move, customer service was fantastic, quick, and so friendly. When I come back to the US I’m definitely planning on having Xfinity for my Internet provider again. Thank you guys!
On June 5th i paid thek $100 on my cash app card however it was never applied to my acct even tho the money was taken from my cash app acct. The guy at xfinity said there was no way to find this transaction since it wasnt applied to ky acct and to dispute it with cash app. Cash app denied the dispute saying xfinity accepted payment so i got services since i paid. Now im out $100, xfinity is threatening shut off and im pissed. Im heading to xfinity now to see a supervisor so we can locate my money and have it refunded to me. I will update my review if they make this right otherwise it will stand as a one star review.
Watch out the female sales. She is Not honest in doing business. Caught her lying in front of my face and she keeps using more lies to cover up. Will never visit again.
Auto robot would not let me speak to a real person and hung up the phone on me. Just wanted to ask if I could return equipment at this location, which is not one of the options.
Athena was awesome in helping me set up new plan change without "Voice phone". She is very friendly and nice. The change helped me the saving money and affordable. This is exactly what I wanted. Thanks again Athena!
I’ve been without Internet and TV for almost a week now and can’t get anybody that understands that I need the cable fix that’s laying in my backyard. Two different times men came out and I thought they were going to help and I thought they were going to fix it and all they did was leave Without leaving a note without saying a word. Why won’t anybody come out here and reattach the cable so I can get my service back. It’s been a week, a week a week. This is the worst service I’ve ever had in all the 80 years I’ve been on this earth
I was very clear to Chris that I didn't want a coaxial box for my tv. I wanted the flex streaming box. He said okay we have to order it. I just checked and I am definitely getting a coaxial box in the mail. Like seriously Chris. Was I not clear.
I almost didn't come to this location because of how awful the reviews are. I'm so glad I decided to chance it! The person who helped me was efficient, kind, and patient. She helped me navigate some confusion I had with updating my address on the app before I left. It was less than an hour total from the time I entered the store to the time I was back at home with my new equipment and connected to wifi. I regret not getting her name so I could give her a shout-out. She had blue streaks in her hair. Give her a raise.
Horrible service, 0 understanding. The young man said that xfinity reps were lying to get me off the phone. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he got up and walked away. Not a partner I would keep working with to represent the Xfinity brand.
Caleb, the manager was super nice and professional! He walked us through each step accordingly and he was also super patient. Alot of the people coming in were rude and snappy but he kept his cool and held it down. Thanks again for helping us save a buck!
