Yacht Harbor Club Apartments

Caught The big blonde leasing agent Smoking hard drugs on the balcony. Staff should be looked into or at the very least drug tested not to mention the laws they are breaking I stopped in to get a tour and was told they had no available apartments but the website said they did so I had a buddy of mine call up there and what do you know he was offered a tour with no problem. Discrimination is against the law. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Beautiful views and nice lifestyle. Management is difficult to reach at best. It takes several follow up emails and no one ever answers the phone when I call. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months for my glass fireplace to be replaced after it exploded. No ETA or updates, other than they’re waiting for a rebate. Today I went down to get the new wristbands for the pool. Sign said out for lunch and returning at 12: 15. As of 2: 41 they aren’t back yet.

Living at Yacht Harbor Club feels like living in a resort community. The location is wonderful, with beautiful views of the Vancouver waterfront and nice amenities as well.

Do not move to this place. You will regret it with in a month. This place is unsafe, dirty, and crime is 100% bad.

We really love this place! The layouts are spacious (way more spacious than most apartment communities in Portland for the price) and we find the finishes to be amazing! The balconies are generous, the view is killer. The dog loves the beach! The maintenance team is kind and helpful, we love the leasing staff and we also appreciate the protected parking that is available. There are monthly events and 3Sheets is so convenient when you want to pop down for a nightcap before getting into the HEATED SPA AND POOL! Yacht Harbor Club is a great spot.

The property is looking good and tenants vehicles are already's doing OK. They are always respectful, Courteous, Always willing to go above and beyond they know my dog better than they know me they know me just kidding they get to know their renters on a business and somewhat personal level which is one of the many awesome things i love about living here. I just resigned my lease agreement this month. I have never resigned before

I am writing on behalf of my personal experience with Ms. Sabrina and John Jersin's as well! She is first of all, so extremely personable and filled with energy! Quite a real and dedicated experience from the move to the questions about the lovely facility! Sabrina is a step above the rest! We had reached out two weeks before contacting Sabrina here at Yacht Harbor, with no response. Sabrina was spot on and maybe should be running the joint! She is such an asset to this community and clearly loves being here herself! She deserves a raise and accolades for her dedicated service to her position and representation of this property! Total class act, fun and proud to represent this property! We looked at many properties and she hands down understands customer service. Yacht Harbor is so lucky to have her! To see a youthful person with that level of integrity, knowledge and motivation is delightful! We love you Sabrina! John J and Sandy Starr!

I would have given 2 1/2 stars to Yacht Harbor Club as upon move in I found my apartment in an overall dirty state, unacceptable for a new tenant move in. For example, the bedroom carpets were only vacuumed, not steam cleaned as they should have been. The kitchen and bathroom had only a light cleaning rather than a deep clean, the bathtub was dirty upon my arrival and I had to clean it myself the first day i was there. Upon move in, the kitchen stove's two back burners were not working which I discovered was due to caked on grease that had not been cleaned/removed which disrupted the flow of gas to ignitors. There were drops of paint on both the floor and door handels throughout the apartment, an obvious rush paint job, that, I the new tenant, had to spend time cleaning up - unacceptable. Again, overall a not so clean apartment for a new tenant to move into. The two bright spots to Yacht Harbor Club are the surrounding views or the harbor and river, very nice, and the great customer service of property manager, Sharday. Sharday from my initial contact inquiring about the apartments to my move in day (whereupon she spent a good amount of time showing me the apartment's features and facilities) was professional, courteous, helpful and freindly. Great job Sharday!
