Adam in Service had time to discuss all my concerns with the 2015 bullet nosed Raider. His shop changed out the rear tire at a reasonable price, no way I’d do it to save that amount of cash. Mike in Parts helped me decide on a Bridgestone tire slightly different from the OEM tire I had previously replaced once. The Bridgestone rides much better with better control. Thanks Mike.

Service is great and they are friendly and knowledgeable. I drive 50 miles for their service.

I needed my back tire replaced on my Zero FX. Adam in service over at Yamaha Sports Plaza was very professional and friendly, he communicated well with what needed to be replaced and left me without a doubt that the job would get done in a reasonable amount of time, and at a reasonable price. I really appreciate the extra attention to detail, and his knowledge of bikes and the parts needed. He called me when the job was finished and was courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend them.

A+ service. Had valves done on the yamaha and the service tech did a great job. Also, they are quick on mounting new tires to the rims. Usually that day.

Bought a bike from them. Super simple process, fair price, and the team was great. I took my bike in for service, they gave me a discount on labor and had it done relatively quickly. The communication along the way was spot on.

Best thing Yamaha Sports Plaza could of done was to hire Adam. He was so nice on the phone when i called to schedule a appt to get my son's quad serviced with a problem it had even before i even took it home when i first bought it. When my husband took it in for the appt he was so helpful and extremely professional. Thank you Adam for taking care of clients as they should.

Use caution when ordering parts online. It takes over a week to receive confirmation they received the order. Then they don’t have the parts on hand and delays it another month! Ordered parts almost two weeks ago, site said on hand then got a back order notification with the confirmation email.

Would not recommend online orders with these guys!
