Well ycap kicked me my girlfriend and our 12 week old baby out of the turnkey project today so now we are living back in our car thank you ycap for not helping us out they are not family friendly another person and his 3 boys were kicked out also today the turnkey project is a joke they don't help you with anything really the case managers there do nothing to help. Once again thank you ycap for making us homeless instead of helping

Great community help I gave 4 stars cut they need more help to improve wait times other then that great job!

Fed up, can't even get a call back, apparently YCAP feels my children and i dont need to be helped! Been trying to get any kind of shelter for my kids and I for an entire year now, and i get that things takes time, but when im told by them that other situations are being prioritized over my childrens safety, and it's like pulling teeth just to get a call back from these people.

This is a place helping a great deal of people in the community.suffering from a lack of volunteers right now! If you have a heart to help others plz check them out!

As the Community Director of Towncenter Apartments in McMinnville, it has been my pleasure to work with YCAP on several occasions. They are always kind, respectful and responsive. What they do for our residents, over and over again, never ceases to amaze me. Thank you YCAP for all you do for our residents. You are touching lives and making a difference everyday.

I called numerous times over the past few months and left a message without getting a call back since they aren't open for face to face since covid 19

I honestly did not know I was going to be able to get the help I needed so I gave it a shot and they helped me and then some. I'm so thankful for them and what they do to help the community! Great people and super fast response!

This organization needs to compete for bright problem solvers instead of old “we did that since the 70’s” associates. They scrutinize and are so riddled with here say and gossip while saying they are not law enforcement. If they don’t like an opinion or a concern they choose to abandon people by saying they are not respectful. They are disgraceful. The VA component at Ycap needs retraining or, training. It would be worth the investment. Aaron Orta and Michelle Davis are true professionals they could do wonders in training.
