Yard Luxury Apartments, Portland OR

Took a few days for them to come, but the fix was easy. The maintenance man knew exactly what was wrong with the disposal and fixed it fast and without leaving why mess.

This place was lovely to live at. The apartment itself was gorgeous. The amenities well maintained. The office staff is absolutely awesome as well as the corporate staff. I would recommend this place 10/10. The manager is very helpful and they do follow all policies and procedures which made me feel confident the time I lived there. Great location. Stunning views. Live here for sure.

I lived in this building for over 6 years. From the moment it opened, I experienced car break-ins, loud neighbors from the historic skatepark next door, and constant malfunctions in the building (fire alarms, broken garage door, the list really can go on).

The owner has changed multiple times, and the folks who work here are left with little to no resources and cannot keep up with all the criminal activity in the area. As I was moving out, someone broke into my car in the parking garage.

If you want to live next to the water, there are many safer, nicer options. If you choose to live here, count on your car windows being busted, your bike being stolen, and a $15 security deposit refund.at the very least.

Yard staff very friendly and helpful. Quick to respond to all questions. My apartment is studio on 20th floor view is great come make the yard you're home great place

The structure is awesome and fits perfectly Im the neighborhood, great place if you’re an artist and a decent driver.

One of the worst leasing offices I’ve ever seen in my whole life. U must have at least rent for two years in your bank account just to buy oh sorry to rent an apartment in this building. If you are international student, don’t u even go there cuz they might ask u to have 6 billion $ in your bank account just to rent an old studio. Unprofessional staff.

John always goes above and beyond 100%. He does quality work and is fast and efficient. He is a great person to speak with and Diesel thinks he's the end all be all.

Human urine in the elevators at The Yard this morning because anyone can access the building through the parking garage with no key fob:) This happens all the time! Don’t be fooled by the comments from management saying they’ll address your concerns- they ignore the emails with concerns and refuse to address them. Also don’t be reassured by them saying they have security personnel because despite those claims there are never guards present through the night and the crime continues despite the “security”

They went 16 months without fixing my A/C. I had to bother them for updates otherwise I'd never hear anything from them about the situation. Do not trust any of these units because if your A/C ever breaks and your window faces the subset, you are going to be in a living inferno. It was especially great during the Portland summer that saw 115F on multiple days.

Living here for 4 years now. The building is clean and well-taken care of. The staff is very responsive, and the location is close to everything you need. You will enjoy your morning run around the downtown waterfront every weekend. Highly recommend!

Staff was so nice behind the phone when I was applying, the tour went great.as soon as I BECAME a resident all that was lost. Moving in was not smooth. Staff gave me the run-around for questions I asked. The mail room was down due to theft when I first moved in, now when I moved out.there's the mail room issue again and this time it isn't due to theft. There's no security, some people's cars were broken into, bikes missing. Rude services only from the office, the Maintenance people were polite and great to work with. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.the trash chute went down for two weeks. Elevator issues. Im telling you there are no good news moving here! Also their amenities? You'll never use it.

I have to be in Portland for short time and found the furnished apartment at the Yard is perfect. It is a short walk from the A tram stop at NE MLK & Burnside - very easy to get around. The room was furnished with nice furniture. The co-working space has good WiFi, very spacious and have a very nice city view over the bridge. The pricing for the furnished unit is very reasonable too.

The building is okay, but the neighborhood is HORRIBLE. The security is a joke so homeless people are always coming into the building.

Just moved in and had a great experience beginning to end. Jay, the leasing agent, took time before I stopped in to understand what I was looking for. Once I got here for the initial tour I had limited time so he customized our tour to the things that were important to me. Move in was a glide and the space is better than anticipated.

Jason, one of the maintenance guys has ALWAYS been so incredibly great in more ways than I can count, even just being personable and chatting in the hallways. Today he went far beyond his duties and helped me jump my car battery after I accidently left the lights on over night. I wouldn't expect him to do this but he didn't hesitate to help! He is a huge asset to the community. Thanks Jason!

Yard is a beautiful and well maintained property! The leasing office staff is very responsive and always resolves any issues or concerns within a timely matter. I would 10/10 recommend living here if you are looking for a place that has a beautiful view or if you want to experience luxurious living! The community definitely exceeds expectations!

I left a grocery bag for 5 minutes by the elevator, and somebody stole it. So I naturally went outside and asked the homeless people if they had seen my bag groceries. They started to freak out like I was blaming or something, and literally the next thing I know, I'm getting jumped by like 6 of them right outside the building I live in. Extremely dangerous neighborhood

My car got broken into, front gates are always completely open, homeless walking into the apartments like they live here!

I tried to call office multiple times THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE! There was a pittbull running around without a leash and we could get ahold of anyone. Steer away from this place it’s not safe.
