We called here as our name shows we fight for people who can't advocate for themselves and found that the staff was incompetent of doing the simplest of task when it came to talk to our workers who let this children talk while being monitored by our team

when it came to our team asking questions we came to the conclusion that this line takes no responsibility for what they say and if they offended our clients in which they did they wouldn't apologize for it

with that our conclusion of this line is this: if you life in Oregon then call the local authorities or go to an ER or call the national line

I wouldn't let my child call here again they said she's a boy and then wouldn't talk to her anymore

EXTREMELY unprofessional staff last night 25th the supervisor lady was rude and I called several times and they hung up on me or blocked my number I still would like to file a complaint against that lady

I'll never call here again or recommend my children do either

This actually helps and it made me feel more confident to talking to more people
