The server was friendly, and the food was delicious. We ordered Pad Thai, sticky rice, and a large bowl of Tom Yum soup. The spice was spot on both dishes and had a slow burn as the gentle sweetness mellowed it a bit.

Best restaurant around. Always a tough call between the cashew nut and the yakisoba but I can’t go wrong.

The owner Beer will try to get your girlfriend or wife’s phone/Instagram information to creep on them. I would not recommend bringing your partner or significant other here

Had been here on labor day weekend.

Totally loved this place. Worth every penny. Awesome food, ambience and the service.

We ordered crab rangoon, tom yum soup, mango curry and thai fried rice. Everything was 10/10. Definitely a stop by if you are in Portland and if you are craving some delicious Thai food.

I love this place! I've eaten here plenty of times and have never been disappointed. The food is delicious and the staff is always friendly.

Been coming here since we moved to the PNW in 2019. Amazing Thai food and a ton of vegan options.

Update 9/2023: Still our favorite restaurant in Portland. We come here frequently for their vegan food. It never disappoints.

Best Thai spot in Portland. Always fresh food and ingredients, no shortcuts. Vegetables are fresh every day and not overcooked, meats grilled well and great house made stir fry and curries. Just great Thai food with friendly service. Best papaya salad, enoki salad. Great Massamun and other curries. Love the Pad prik king and Pad see ew. You really cant go wrong, and the price is always right.

This place is so good! Visiting from out of town and stopped by after a massage and sauna next door. Food was reasonably priced and delicious. Would eat here on the regular if I lived here.

One of our favorite neighborhood spots! It’s inconspicuous from the outside so we just stumbled upon it one day and boy I’m glad we did. Everyone working is so friendly and so happy to be taking care of you and the food is authentic and delicious. Don’t sleep on this place!

Any time friends or family come into town, we go here. Love them! Consistent, flavourful, good service.

The yellow curry is my favorite meal & they make it so well! It's so delicious! There is usually no parking because it's on a busy street on MLK. You will have to park elsewhere then walk to the restaurant.

Amazing Thai food. Salad (summer) rolls were outstanding. 4 spice beef was perfect. Small place, a little warm inside, which was my only "complaint"

I'm so glad I discovered this place! It's my new go-to thai place. Delicious and authentic thai with generous servings. I've dined in and done takeout - both are great. I just wish they were available on doordash or ubereats.

Some of the best Thai food in Portland, and maybe the best Pad Se Ew I’ve ever had! The server/owner (?) was super nice and accommodating. Fast service, delicious food, can’t recommend enough!

ZAAP is without a doubt the best Thai restaurant in Portland and one of my favorite places to eat anywhere in the world. The food is incredible and the family who runs it couldn’t be nicer. It’s so apparent how much they deeply care about the food they present and the experience of their customers. Order one of everything, have a feast and enjoy your life. 10/10 again and again!
