Excellent people who helped out in replacing my screen protectors. Ususually a 3 to 6 minute wait time for them to change out the screen protectors. Their Covid-19 safety precautions are good as well with us cleaning the phone first with an alcohol wipe before handing it to them. Only problem is that there is only one person working at a time so if you're unlucky they might be out on break or there is a long wait. They do pretty putting on the screen protector as well.

It took literally 5 minutes to get two damaged screens replaced. And very affordable. Great experience

Brought my iPad in to have the ZAGG protector replaced. Michael did an excellent job ensuring the new one sealed perfectly with not a speck of dust to impair the view.

We had a replacement iPhone cover installed fast and efficiently. Only took a couple minutes and we were on our way. Great experience.

Pretty shabby service. Honestly I think the next time I need to replace my shield for my iPhone I’ll probably just go to the closest Verizon Wireless place.

Terrible customer service, second time in a row. Both times, the staff were quite rude. The plastic shield seemed to do a better job than the glass shield too!

Sure quick and efficient to get my screen protector replaced! Showed them my registration, paid the $10 labor fee and I was on my way. Friendly service as well.

Needed a screen protector. Got myself a glass screen instead. Isaiah was straight and to the point, good guy, friendly and hella chill. I've bought Zaggs before for other phones, first time for the glass but for sure I know I'm not gonna be disappointed. Highly reccomend.

They NEVER honor their warranties, the staff turnover is high and when one employee tells you something, the other will claim that the first person does not work their anymore and you have to pay again. If you do business with them, you can expect a lot wasted time and money along with headaches and disrespect.

Good service but product is a waste. Had a shield added to a s9 and it left gaps in the edges while covering up other areas. Waste of money given the s9 has durable screen.

David H is the best. He is both knowledgeable and kind. He’s always willing to work with you and suggest what is best for your phone. I’m really happy with both the product and the customer service. My new glass 360 cover is amazing. It looks super sleek and is truly functional. The lifetime warranty is icing on the cake. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the product.

The protector they recommended for the BACK of my iPhone X was half off within a couple of days of their installation. The glass protector in front had a bubble under it too. Not very professional service at installation either.
I stopped by twice after to show them the issue and nobody was anywhere to be see despite the kiosk being “open”. Waste of money in my opinion.

So had to drive 40 minutes to this location because Clackamas location couldnt be bothered to answer their phones all day, went to purchase a new screen protector, the guy was trying to be nice and offered 10% off because of the inconvienence which was awesome and I was super happy about it. But the actual person who rang it up wasnt paying attention, he was forgetting things left and right prior to ringing me up, and then said it would be 40 dollars, then changed it to 50 dollars and when I questioned it and asked if he took the 10% off, he said yea, it was 56, now its 50.mind you, unless Im doing my math wrong, if the screen protector is 50 dollars on its own, and the install (which I wasnt having done is $6) that would add to 56, but If im not getting the install done. That brings it to 50, so how is 10 percent off 50 dollars equal to 50 dollars?
I was fine paying that because I already planned on it, but it was dissapointing to be offered 10 percent off and then have it not honored in a matter of 2 minutes. Honestly, not very impressed with Zagg lately.
