The drinks are hit or miss. Sometimes I get something delicious and other times it's not well mixed or just melted.

The food is also sometimes perfect and sometimes overcooked. I love the popcorn chicken when it's cooked right.

There are outlets and they don't mind you sitting around and working. I like the dedicated parking.

I been wanting to go here since I moved to Oregon. It did not disappoint. Got a strawberry cheesecake shake

Food was good. Everything tasted awesome. The drinks were also very delicious. Would delicious recommend and would come back again. My kid loved it all.

The food and drinks are always killer. Place is well kept and clean! The black haired girl working Thursday night is always extremely rude and has no customer service skills. Not a single smile and glares us down everytime we go in.

Elena keeps this location well polished, extremely clean and that makes for a great experience. It has me feeling valued as a customer. It’s my First time at zero degrees so I didn’t venture out and try anything new, I was starving and I kept to the wings. Next time I’ll try something outside the norm like their fancy looking drinks.

The food was mediocre, the potion size was good, and the drinks are worth getting.

The thing that bothered me the most was that every table in the place was coated in a sticky substance. You can tell they were cleaned, but the feel was awful. My wife and i tried to find one that wasn't like that and failed to do so.

Love their cucumber limeade and their Ube Horchata. I can never decide which to get, so having the split cup option is awesome. Staff is always friendly!

Food and drink were both so good! Service was quick and kind. I definitely will be back when I'm in the area.

Never had a bad food experience here and the carne asada fries are pretty fire as well as their Thai tea.

The corn was disgusting, and the hot Cheetos are very stale, no flavor to the chicken neither, don’t recommend unless you like unflavored, unseasoned food

Wanna update my comment and review. Me and my partner reordered the same food as last time. Spoke with Hannah who very good with customer service and handled the situation very professionally. Time was good with the order and the owner gave the refund in a proper way last time definitely will come back. Glad we gave y’all a second go for the order and best place in Eugene for food.

Originally wasn't sure because their online hours dont match their actual store ones and caused some issues bit their customer service is great and their managers are very friendly especially hannah and the food is delicious

Worst carne asada fries we have ever had! There fries are soggy they used nacho cheese not shredded cheese. The guacamole and the sour cream was runny! And the meat? !? What meat it was little tiny pieces of fat and grisle mixed with the so called Salas. And it was sour tasting. As if they put lime juices all over it! Was gross!

The cashier is SUPER nice, excellent customer service. Their strawberry limeade is amazing and refreshing and their popcorn chicken is so yummy too! One of the best places I’ve visited in Eugene.

I ordered online at 7: 50pm tonight when they closed at 9pm, according to the sign at their business and Google. However, when I arrived and walked in at 8: 10 to pick up my order, I was informed that they actually close at 8pm; they only stay open until 9 if they are very busy. The employees told me that their blenders were drying so they couldn’t make blended drinks, but that they would make an iced drink for me. That is not what I ordered, and no refund was offered. I am very disappointed in the customer service demonstrated tonight, as well as the lack of communication about when they actually close.

Ordered a bunch of stuff to try. The Garlic Butter shrimp were the favorite. Noodles good, a little oily. Garlic fries were okay. Not a lot of garlic. I was not a fan of the flavor salt and pepper for popcorn chicken. It had a chinese 5 spice vibe that just didnt go well with the other food. However the popcorn chicken is soft and cooked well. We tried the fried dumplings. Just okay. The sauce wasn't anything exciting. Staff was extra friendly and helpful. Restaurant very clean. This would be a great restaurant on campus.
