Ziolkouski Beach Park reviews
16Not sure if it was just the luck I had the day I was there. Non-stop wind the entire time I was there. Other than that seemed like a decent beach.
Nice big beach, fairly clean, and apparently a good place to see certain kinds of birds. Last time I was here there were a few couples bird watching. Good parking lot with bathrooms.
It's a beautiful beach to find drift wood, have a picnic, walk for miles, watch a beautiful sunset
Great easy access beach with giant parking lot. Took the puppers with us and enjoyed a leasurly Stoll. Not a packed beach on a Friday night after work in perfect weather. Had a wonderful relaxing time.
Absolutely beautiful. Nice posting area with a bathroom. There is a few different trails to get down to the beach. All of which are pretty easy. Great place to watch the sunset!
Great place, however bathroom needs door fixed and need handicap parking with view of ocean!
This beautiful beach is my heaven on earth and the reason why I have lived here in Winchester Bay for 1 year!
Depending on when you visit, this is one of the best beaches close by. I love the scenery, the ease of access (speaking of both dunes and beach). The public areas are mai trained well by camp hosts and parks and recreation. Since I've locally I often have the beach to myself. You can find rocks and shells and explore within the crevices the jetty provides. It is a common place to see a fisherman or two surf fishing. Driftwood is plentiful and people erect fun and useful shelters.
Not much trash to complain about, and I hope we keep up the good work.
Beautiful beach on a beautiful day. Miles to walk, ocean is breathtaking. Watch out for sneaker waves!
Nice beach, plenty of shells to find. Lots of driftwood, and a jetty to explore. Lighthouse visible from the beach. Not busy. The only downside is that the bathroom is just a concrete outhouse.
We had a great time at this beach! We walked with our dogs and hopped rocks to the end of the jetty! Would totally recommend!
Great place to walk the beach as the fisherman chilled. Found cool shells. The Jetties are fascinating and the driftwood was abundant. Found a jellyfish stranded and the place was none too crowded on a Friday late morning. Close to the Umpqua Lighthouse, definitely worth checking out. Note that the sand is deep in some areas of the dunes and not easy to traverse. There is a public bathroom but it is rustic, to be kind!
Awesome tucked away beach! Great sand. Tons of space to walk down. Saw seals, fish, and others. Lots of shells too mainly broken.
Beautiful beach! Lots of walking space, not many people were here. I found a lot of sand dollars, too.
Perfect place for exploring the rocks, ocean life and letting the kids play in the sand and water. It's still technically the ocean but because it's in a bay the waves are very mild.
Primarily cratering to the ATV crowd, the area also offers; surf fishing, rock fishing, surfing, crabbing, hiking, whale watching and more.
