Great customer service! Needed new weed whacker. We were used to buying cheapo-depot whackers that broke and weren't worth fixing. Talked with Gary and he asked all the right questions about what we needed to cut, who was going to use it and offered info on what features might be appropriate. No pressure - he sent me home with literature to study and research. What I found out was Zolls sells well respected products, and is quite competitively priced. Used my new whacker today - it works perfectly and seems to be just right for me. And.if something does go wrong, i believe Zolls will stand behind it. Highly recommend!

They were very helpful and had a part that with minimal modification I adapted to my vintage 1980 mower which now is back at the hard mowing of 16"grass growth.

Honest prices. I only bought a $1.40 flywheel key for my lawnmower but was treated like a friend. Nice guy and I'll be buying my next yard tools from them.

Gary and his staff did a great job locating parts for my small equipment needs no matter how busy they were. They cleaned a carburetor and all the parts that I needed cleaned and had all the necessary seals and gaskets needed to put it back together. I will continue to do business with zolls because of their customer service.
