Man. Everytime I need to schedule an urgent care visit, I call my friend who works at ZoomCare (Phil Allen, the one and only) and he zaps me with a link to ZoomCare's online web portal. Next thing I know, it's been 20 minutes, and somehow I'm leaving the doc with filled scripts and a giant smile. Even time leftover to actually lunch on my lunch!

How is this not the norm, yet?

I will never set foot into traditional urgent care again, thanks Phil, and thank you ZoomCare!

Went to get my flu shot. Most insurance cover at 100%! Didn’t have to pay urgent care fees.
I was in and out within 3 minutes. Great option for flu shot! No wait like at pharmacy!

First time using Zoom Care. Everything was super fast. Online appointment, check in, waiting 3 minutes, flu shot 1 minute.

Anyone with young children should feel comfortable getting flu shots at Zoom Care in Multnomah Village. We had a family appointment this morning and our provider was great with a five year old having shot anxiety. I wasn't sure with their tight five minute appointments but he was patient, sensitive and reassuring!

Worked well for a non-emergency issue! It took a bit of digging to figure out if they were in-network for my insurance, but the staff were really helpful in providing some tricks to identify that. The place is very clean and the appointments are easy to find.

Visited for my flu shot. Scheduling was easy, checkin was seamless. I was literally in and out in 5 minutes. Colton gave the most painless flu shot ever. Will definitely be back here.

The entire experience was great from check in to check out. James, the PA who works this location in Multnomah Village, is just terrific.

Zoom care has the best model of care to get the patient in and out as fast as possible. There is nothing worse than being sick or hurt and having to wait hours to be seen, let alone treated. Resume care has broken the mold in urgent healthcare and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I seriously love Zoom Care. This is the second time I've needed something small (titers, UTI treatment), and the staff is awesome. I get in and out in less than 20 minutes! The PAs/NPs are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Theyk some meds in house, so for the UTI I didn't have to go to a pharmacy. I made the appointment tat 8 am for 8: 45. Meanwhile I have to wait 6 weeks to get into a PCP to become established. ZoomCare definitely helps in a pinch and I can't recommend them enough!

Lives up to the name. Fast and effective. Even had my Rx in stock saving me a trip to the pharmacy. This is one of the good things happening in healthcare in America.

I received lots of attention, good explanation of my symptoms, and of treatment. I appreciate the opportunity to buy medications on-site, since I was feeling awful, and it saved me a trip to pharmacy

Quick to see the PA. Not a Doctor. Pain in knee and his responce was " I'm not sure what to do with you". This did not instill confidence. Referred to imaging at anpther location. Not helpful. May consider but will probably tough it out until I can see my primary care.

So easy to make appointment! Name was on board when I arrived. Medication was on site, so no trip to the pharmacy was needed. Dr was great. Highly satisfied!

Very efficient. I was able to get a same-day appointment without any problem. Location is in a well-known area, so easy to find. The. PA who treated me listened to my issues and concerns.

Very quick and no hassle. Doctor was knowledgeable and confident. Zero bedside manner tho - but I’ll take being spoken to like a blank wall if it gets me feeling better and back out there.

The folks at Zoom are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Whenever I need to be seen urgently for an issue that is not serious, I go here.

Very friendly, personable staff. I have high anxiety with medical visits, they were disarming and kind. Very fast and streamlined care, efficient but not rushed.

Staff is extremely nice and the doctor was extremely nice! My husband has been there also and had a great experience as well. They were out of the medication I needed but I got it cheaper at Walgreen's with my medical plan.

First time going to this location. I showed up a little early, and they were able to see me a little earlier. Reception was efficient, and professional. Doctor Moorman did a thorough job explaining options, and addressing concerns. Awesome this location is so close!

HUGE RIPOFF! Go somewhere else!

I was told the office visit was $165 without insurance. With my insurance I'm paying $230.

I was there a total of 20 minutes. No meds, no bloodwork, nothing special happened. $230 just to talk to a nurse.
