Doctor ZoomCare reviews
5DO NOT GO TO ZOOM CARE. The staff was great and my doctor knowledgeable, but as others have stated ZOOM's financial side is ridiculous. Their website clearly states that an uninsured patient will pay $250 for an urgent care visit. I have insurance and was charged $407 of which my insurance only covered $75.95, so I had to pay $331.05 out-of-pocket FOR A 10 MIN LOOK AT MY KNEE. When I called to discuss why I would pay more than not having insurance, the rude lady blamed my insurance and told me to talk with them. She then started making up excuses when I explained to her that it is crazy to pay more than an uninsured person because I should have just not given my insurance information. She promptly hung up on me. The level of disrespect and over charging is criminal. I will never visit a Zoom Care again.
Really easy to schedule an appointment and very nice and welcoming staff
David the assistant was efficient at check in and was cheerful and welcoming. Jamie was smart, realistic, and knowledgeable. I trust this place!
Sick for seven days. Make an appointment. Get up shower drag myself to the clinic. Sign on the door says closed. Guy comes to the door tells me they attempted to call me and left a message. I looked at my phone no attempted calls to me and no message left. Not a good experience as sick as I was I go to my appointment and they didn’t have the courtesy to call me to tell me not to come in because they were closed and they were canceling it. No reason given
Super quick, the doc was very thorough. They have basic medications one hand, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. Super affordable. Couldn’t believe what a good experience going there was.
