So pleased with my experiences with Zoomcare! Dr. Harry Rowe was awesome! He listened to me, asked questions and we came up with a treatment plan. Highly recommend this provider and clinic. The receptionist/MA was very kind and welcoming.

The staff were all very friendly. My appointment was with Dr Maruska. She was very kind and quickly diagnosed a sinus infection. Luckily they also carried all the medications I required, so I didn't have to go to a pharmacy. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I have been Zoom patients for years. I’ve always had relatively good experiences until my daughter came to this location and after testing her for everything under the sun, she was diagnosed with Pneumonia. They prescribed her doxycycline.

Fast forward a week and half my kid is still sick and we are at a real medical clinic being told that Doxycycline isn’t a typical treatment for pneumonia. Feels like during this visit they were more interested in running up a bill and prescribing the meds that they have on hand to sell over the correct treatment for this condition. Now I’m financially out for 2 urgent care visits and rounds of meds, my kid is STILL suffering, and I doubt I will schedule my family of four for any treatments here moving forward.

Not transparent with amount I owed, were not clear about services they could provide thus I was not helped in the way I needed and they said nothing about me being charged a second time.

A lot of waiting due to lack of equipment, however, the care was very good and the staff was thorough and helpful.

Best service. Best advice. Super accommodating and want to give you the best care with out any of the hassle.

The best care anyone can get. They had the antibiotic I needed so I didn't need to wait at a store which lessened the amount of pain I was going to be in. I'll never go anywhere else.

My experience with Zoom was great! There was next to no wait time and Doctor Maruska was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident I was getting the proper treatment I needed. I will definitely go back to her if I need another visit.

Zoom care is great and so convenient. I have used it on many occasions when I can’t get into my regular doctor, for flu shots, even the dermatologist!

It is very easy to make an appointment, the care I receive is always great (they really care), and it is cost effective.

This interaction with the health care system was so easy and effective! It's great that they can schedule you across their various locations- I was able to be seen sooner! Staff were friendly and professional and the whole experience was positive. I got exactly what I needed!

Absolutely amazing! They’re incredible personable and kind at this office. I felt very comfortable while waiting for my appointment.

Super nice staff, quick visit, was also able to purchase the meds I needed at their office and they were cheaper than I would have paid at the pharmacy. Great option to keep costs low if you don’t have insurance. Definitely recommend and will go back the next time I need a doctor visit!

The doctor was very pleasant and thorough, they set me up for another appointment and helped me understand exactly why, all while trying to save me the most moola!

I can’t say enough about Zoom Care. This is the first time I went to the one on Mississippi but no matter which location I’ve gone to or who I’ve been seen by, they are always FIRST CLASS. The offices are always clean and neat, they get you in at the time you needed and the visit is always fast and efficient. The fact you can get meds there too is a bonus, no separate trip to a pharmacy! I would highly recommend and Zoom Care location to everyone.
