Amanda is a super host!
It is nice to be on Main Street where you can see all the activity.
Would recommend staying here!
We had visited 131 many years ago and were in the Wellsboro area last week. The website does not take last minute reservations so we called. Amanda got right back to us and confirmed we could stay. The house is well appointed with all the usual amenities, coffee, snacks with water in the room fridge. Nice comfortable sitting room downstairs if you need to work or read. Free parking out back. The bed was comfortable and the location is a short walk to restaurants. We liked The Gas Light Tavern for a late pub dinner. The room also comes with Wellsboro dollars for use at local shops. We went to Cafe 105 for Starbucks coffee on our way out of town. Enjoyed out stay.
This was a treasure to find for a last minute, middle of the week trip. Very clean and comfortable. OurOur innkee, Amanda, was gracious and helpful in giving us directions and sharing some of the highlights of Wellsboro and the PA Grand Canyon. A lovely stay.
