Very nice facilities. Completely worth the rent. I had a really nice time there and the tenant was very understanding and flexible. I would highly recommend this place and more broadly any goods rented by McAllister Equities.

Forgive the length of this message but please read before deciding on a move.

So my move in date of September 1st seems so distant now on October 7th as I have to write this. After being led on through emails saying oh inspection should be done tomorrow move in should be September 14th, then September 26, then October 2nd just to still be in limbo. I did an early termination to come up by the move in date so I had to pay a fee that I could have just stayed at my old place until this unit was actually ready. Yeah they are paying for a hotel currently which is nice if I wouldn't of had a place already. We moved all of our belongings into the unit on September 4th which we can't do anything with because we can't live there. They are going to take 250$ off of our first bill because we have to spend on takeout each night. Yeah 250 would be great if it was a week but it's now been a month in this hotel. Michael the landlord decided now's a good time to go to Europe on a vacation to leave tracci to deal with the other tenants complaints. Overall just a horrible 1st impression on all the new tenants that have a similar situation to mine. Also the unit which is done apparently isn't my unit still doesn't have a refrigerator or stove so blaming the city for pushing dates back also seems like a stretch. False advertising at it's finest why say units will be ready by September 1st when it's looking like closer to November. Yikes.
