17The filet was excellent and the house steak sauce was a nice compliment. Visited while traveling for work and would definitely come here again if back in the area.
Excellent food and service by Mike. We came here for my wife’s birthday and this place did not disappoint. Fantastic job all around.
My Villanova colleague and I had lunch here last Friday and loved the shrimp special salad. We both ordered it and ate every delicious bite. Highly recommended!
An absolute perfect evening. Drinks, food and service all 5 stars! Our first time visiting but not our last.
I had their pork chop with Mac and cheese and roasted Brussels sprouts. Gotta say it was THE BEST pork chop I’ve ever had! Asked for rare and got it. Grilled perfectly and was so juicy I hesitated to use the bbq sauce. However, the bbq sauce was such a fabulous compliment to it that I’d recommend that also. Sauce had a light vinegar flavor that complemented the pork perfectly. The Mac and cheese was also great! Not overwhelmingly cheesy. Perfect!
Also had their la Poire martini. Perfectly blended ingredients that brought out the pear perfectly.
I plan on returning whenever I’m on the Main Line.
Went for lunch with another couple, it was pleasant food & service good. Would go back.
I don’t know if they were having an off day or what. Went for lunch on a Wednesday and they seemed to be lost, we didn’t get a good table. It went all felt cramped. The food was good but was served cold.
We had a bridal party luncheon there. Only thing that ruined the atmosphere was the special deliveries required to run the business. Everything was viewable or came through the front door: garbage pickup, linen service but I'm sure this can't be helped in an historical building. Not sure they can avoid it. Everything else was amazing! Food was delish, server was off the chart the best and really knew how to manage a large party!
Omg these Brussel sprouts were amazing. Sorry for the half eaten plate but had to share.
The service was excellent also.
One of our favorite places to meet up with friends for Happy Hour or dinner. It's a fun lively atmosphere. They have great drink and appetizer specials during happy hour. The dining room boasts a simple straight forward menu of classic dishes that are off the charts good. My favorite is the pork chop. But we have never had a bad anything there.
The guys running in the bar are very friendly and professional as are all of the wait staff. If it's nice out, I highly recommend dining on the patio.
The food was amazing and the staff was very helpful with gluten free options. 1st time in a while I didn't get cross contamination. All around wonderful experience
I love Belrose. The food here is outstanding. We take a lot of clients who come in from out of town to dinner here, and all enjoy the food thoroughly. My favorite is the Java pork tenderloin. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. You’ll be glad you went.
I was there for happy hour. Nice spread of options for food and drinks for happy hour. Food was really good. It was pretty busy so I must be the only person who enjoys it there after work.
An absolute gem of a spot! Had dinner here this evening and the general manager, Will, stopped over and spoke with us for a good 10 minutes. The food and drinks here are always fantastic! Make sure to get the nachos and fries for sure!
Came here last weekend (Saturday, the 5th) with my in-laws. It was their first time and me and my wife's second time. This experience was so infuriating.
When filling waters upon arrival my mother-in-law's was filled half way and the waiter said he ran out and will return shortly. He never returned with water and just attended other tables ignoring us completely.
Ordering our food was ridiculous as well. The waiter asked if we were ready and when we all said "yes" he just went "okay" and walked away.for over 15 minutes. At first we assumed he just forgot his notepad but nope. He came back later asking if we were ready now. I can believe he just misheard or was tired but along with everything else that happened this evening it wasn't helping.
Next, our starter mussels were flavorless. Just boiled, no salt or seasonings or butter. Just a basket of plain boiled mussels.
Finally, after people who arrived after us received their food we got our. My mother-in-law's dish was cold. All of ours were hot except her's.
If this is the kind of service a woman of color is expected to receive in a such an establishment then my family's money is better spent elsewhere.
Oh and, as a server, if you see a table with a paid check already getting up to leave don't ask if they want their water glasses filled.
P. S.my burger was unseasoned, but I suppose that's to be expected when Klansmen run the kitchen.
Delicious! I was a little disappointed they did not have dessert when we went for dinner. We were celebrating a special event and was told a big party took all the dessert? ! Overall I had the best short rib I’ve ever had in my life and the service was excellent! Get more desserts!:)
