360 Degrees Auto Body Repair Shop

After my 2010 VW Beetle was in a front end accident I brought it to 360 for repair. In June of 2022 I received an estimate for its repair for the amount of $3,180. Its KBB private party value at that time was $5,060 so I decided to proceed with its repair and I dropped the car off around June 18th. On August 12,360 changed the cost for the repair by just over 70% to $5,497. I already had $3180 in it and I didn’t want to throw that away so I reluctantly proceeded even though this new cost exceeded the finished value of the repaired car. Meaning that this car was “Totalled” the whole time. In October there was an additional fee for a broken windshield that they claim had a small chip when it was dropped off but grew to over 2 feet while at their shop. Despite that it does not show up at all in any of the photographs. Thereafter, there was the issue with the headlights looking like Marty Feldman which at that point I thought I’d have my mechanic adjust who told me that he could not. After looking at it myself l found that I needed to buy a headlight and 2 buckets because of their installation using epoxy. However, I was charged for 2 headlamp housings, 2 headlamp assy and 2 headlamp frames. All totalled my car was at their shop for well over 100 days. Now my hood won’t close. Initially I took it back to 360 and it stayed closed until I opened it and closed it 2 or 3 times then it wouldn’t close again. My calls went unanswered. So, I took it to another shop to get an estimate to fix that and it came back at $1500. I was told that to fix it they would have to take the entire front end of the car off.

Gerty just finished some Body work on my husband's truck around the wheelwell due to age. He did a fantastic job n also did the undercoating on the truck. I saw pictures of how he totally protected the paint of the truck before he did the undercoating. He also did some body work on my SUV a couple years ago n then a few months ago when my daughter accidentally backed into my car. I highly recommend him, as he n his team do Quality work for sure & is very fair with the cost. Alexia the receptionist is Top Notch and gets back to you promptly.

Blew out our tire right in front on a Thursday night. Helped us change our tire to the donut spare we have.didn't charge us anything and gave us water. We still had a ways to go to get home. Would absolutely recommend this auto shop even though we didn't get any actual work done.

The entire front end of my car was damaged in a fender bender but the guys worked a miracle on it! Got my car back in a relatively short amount of time and it was good as new. 360 was pleasant to work with and made this horrible situation a little better. Highly recommend for body work!

I will forever be grateful for this team. I trusted them every step of the way because they made sure that everything was explained in detail. A couple weeks ago, I hit a deer and I thought I would not see my car for awhile. A husband and wife own this business and they both took the time to help me and the process. They did an outstanding job (it looks like I have a new car). It was super fast too considering the damage my car had. I recommend anyone who needs any type of repair/painting/explanations for what’s next. Thanking this team for what they’ve done!

I had a great experience with 360. They were very transparent and accommodating. My car looks great and the customer service is very nice and helpful. I have used this company before and will use them again!
