Ordered a Portable AC unit from 3 Gorillas, my original unit was out of stock after I placed the order and I was offered a replacement item. What I received was indeed the replacement unit they offered, but after researching I found it was a long discontinued item that was selling for less than what I had paid for the original purchase, also it was packed so poorly the accessories were damaged. Inspection of the unit itself looks like it was very abused in it's previous life, opening the case the unit showed signs of extensive abuse, bent metal, broken plastic. This is an 80 pound unit so shipping fees back would be outrageous so listed it right away online to try to salvage whatever I can and buy from a more reputable dealer. I know this was a refurbish unit I was buying but was unaware that it have been beaten with a baseball bat before being sent to 3Gorillas. Will not be shopping again.

Bought two portable air conditioners from them, so far they work like new. Couldn't be happier so far.

I’m happy they had what I was looking for at a reasonable price.during these hard times some companies are taking advantage by up charging ridiculous prices or they are completely sold out everywhere! I didn’t mind driving from Philly to their warehouse to pick up my deep freezer.

Great hidden gem! Called and spoke with a friendly CSR who helped me pick out and order a portable AC unit that was a dehumidifier/heater/AC/fan. Very knowledgeable in what will work best for my area and the refurbished unit has been very reliable for the past three years. We also bought a patio heater from them last year and I have nothing but the best to say about these guys and their products!

Great company to work with. Pick up was seamless and easy! All the staff was courteous and extremely helpful. I was out of there in 5 minutes with my Ice maker! Will use again!

I bought a Haier dehumidifier, and it works great, the only issue was the light that is suppose to come on when its full never worked. But everything else is great about this product, and that wasn’t a big enough deal for me to call the company and complain and send it back. I would definitely buy from this company again.
