The ladies are lovely and site is always well kept. Although the gate is taking to long to get fixed

The people in the office are very professional and very very nice. They are very helpful when you ask them questions and they respond very quickly. If it wasn't for the staff in the office I would not stay because I feel your prices are very high.

I have had a storage unit in the Bristol location for about 5 years and had no issues at all.wonderful staff.excellent customer service.

I have never experienced any problems. Recently when I went to my unit I found it difficult to get to exit pad because there were vehicles parked on both sides. I have been a customer for many years the employees are very nice and helpful.

I just got a short-term lease because I was moving abruptly but you couldn't ask for a better experience with just the four months that I had my storage staff was awesome they kept me up to date when my payment was due and and they understood when I was going to make my payment a couple days late and I appreciate that
