I just cannot say enough about how exceptional everyone is at 412 Dental. The office is warm and comfortable and pristine. The team is just as warm and friendly and gentle! If you are not a fan of the dentist going in, you will be when you leave. They truly care about the whole person.

Dr Elijah and the whole team is really great. They really address any of my needs and concerns. They get back to me in a timely manner whenever I leave a message. They also make me feel so welcome whenever I visit the office.

I always have a wonderful experience at 412 Dental! Mandy, Elijah and the whole 412 Dental staff really know how to make you feel at home, ease, and loved every time you come! This means everything for the dentist which can be an uneasy feeling! Best dentist I have ever went to!

So much to say but not enough room to write on this page, with the horrible experience I went through.let's just say a simple visit for a chipped tooth and peri work ended in them opening 2 lines of credit in my name which was not what I wanted, I thought they were just giving me an in house payment plan and that was not the case so I had to cancel two lines of credit, 1 was 10,000 and the other like 17,000. Which I told Mandy let me see what my husband has to say when he comes home from work and she actually said, " CAN YOU CALL HIM RIGHT NOW? " Really? I'm not getting open heart surgery to bother him at work right now, still left with the chipped tooth and a bottle of mouth rinse for $30.00 (Which they gave me the money back as I insisted, but would like to get the money back I wasted just sitting there while they did nothing, not even a cleaning) there plan is to make money and I left with A MASSIVE HEADACHE as I thought, WHAT JUST HAPPENED HERE! I Had to call the credit card company's close accounts which was not an easy task, when I talked with Mandy it was like she would not truly own up to this and I Think in my heart that it hurts more as I thought being Christians they would have been more honest. I Never write reviews but this one had to be done. P. S. Went to a wonderful dentist yesterday and he fixed my chipped tooth and they cleaned my teeth and we are talking about a plan going forward. (Don't even want to give 1 star)

The entire staff was very welcoming and caring. They reviewed my tooth issue and made painless temporary corrections and a mold the the permanent fix. Greatly recommend 412 Dental. I recently had an appointment for a cleaning which I needed to change and was quickly given a new appointment. The young lady who cleaned my teeth was the first time she performed the cleaning and was very professional and pleasant. I strongly recommend 412 Dental for all your dental needs.

My name is Iyana and these guys were absolutely amazing and as personal as can be and really make you feel welcomed and at ease being at the dentist. They even prayed for me as i was overwhelmed by how much I needed to have fixed to have a healthy smile again, although i am sad the pricing was out of budget (which was not their fault and more so mine for waiting so long to go to get my teeth checked). These place was absolutely amazing.

I was seen immediately, and definitely consideration of service is at forefront.
The sincerity that I receive about my health gave me confidence that I am in the right hands. I walk out smiling, I am pleased I met my dentist for life.

I absolutely love this office. I’ve been a patient of Dr Ed’s since 2019. Everyone who works there are lovely. They are so kind, empathetic, and caring. You can’t help but to feel good when you are there. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Dr Ed and his staff are gems! Go see Dr Ed and he’ll become your dentist for life! He’s become mine!

So grateful for everyone at 412 Dental! I had given up on a lot of foods and drinks I love because of severe pain or sensitivity and was always hiding my smile. It’s been quite the journey. No more pain and sensitivity and I love my new smile! Thank you!

Update 9/18/23: my dental work is complete and I couldn't be happier with the results! Being able to smile again with confidence, is a feeling I haven't had in a long time! I owe it all to the great work and detail of Dr Elijah Ed and the amazing staff! Highly recommended them at the beginning of my journey and recommend them even more at the end!
Original post: 412 Dental is an excellent office with an amazing staff! Going the first time with the typical "dentist visit worries" I was put at ease immediately as I walked in to a friendly and welcoming staff. The laid back atmosphere with professionalism took all my stress away. As for the work itself, it was fantastic and couldn't of had a better experience! Coming from the same hometown as Dr. Elijah Ed I know he comes from a family of artists. His skill and attention to detail is what differs other's dental work to his masterpieces. I highly recommend them and look forward (something I never thought I'd say) to my next Dental Appointment!

All the associates were very personable, friendly, and all had smiles on their faces. Cassidy and Elijah were very thorough and informative in my first visit with being a new patient. They also made me very comfortable being in a newer environment. With any comments and concerns I had involving my dental health, Cassidy and Elijah were very informative and thorough with every bit of detail. They were giving me and assured me. I ean giving numerous recommendation for my dental comments and concerns. I also got an estimate for any future work within the same appointment thanks to Mindy. One of the most comfortable environments. I have been in, and I am very much an introvert and not good and social situations.

This dentist was recommended by my colleague and I must say, I'm glad I made a appointment. The staff is very friendly, patient and accommodating. Everything is explained in detail. I've already recommended Dr. Ed to family.
