We purchased a home from the Indiana site. There were NUMEROUS issues throughout the entire process. A sales person not giving accurate information, rude ownership, problems that were covered up during the set up of the house to be discovered later when it was too late to fix. It was always a fiasco to get repairs done where it took several phone calls to get a simple response. Final straw we reported remaining problems with the house that there were still issues with well before the “warranty” ran out for an employee named Paul to say we would be contacted to schedule repairs. Surprise no phone call was received and when we called to get the status Paul’s response your warranty ran out. Steer clear of 422 Homes and deal directly with the factory.

We bought 3 homes from the Delmont site. They worked with us very well until we made the final payment, After that, we could not get them out to fix anything and now they don't return any calls. We have panels that cracked during transport to the site. They blamed the delay on covid. This is coming up on 3 years. I now have a front door leaking and the floor is rotting. My suggestion would be to withhold the final payment until you are satisfied with the completed work.

My wife and I were living in Florida when we decided to move back home to western Pennsylvania. We were in the process of selling our home when I found the perfect home at 422 homes in Delmont. I contacted them to learn more about the home. The home we fell in love with was the Eastland Prime single wide. There pricing was fair and I asked if I could put a deposit to hold the home for 30 days to give me the opportunity to sell my current home. They had no problem working with us. Unfortunately, our previous house had not sold and they immediately refunded our deposit. Two days later, our house sold to a cash buyer. I immediately contacted 422 Homes hoping to secure the home we originally wanted. As our luck would have it, the house had a backup buyer and was no longer available. However, they informed me that an identical home, except for colors, has been ordered and will go into production the beginning of August and should be done at the end of August. This was perfect for us. In a very timely manner, the home was delivered, setup and any repairs that were needed were immediately addressed by 422 Homes. I have to say that I have dealt with many businesses throughout my life, and this was truly one of the most pleasant experiences. I want to extend a sincere thank you to each and every employee that assisted us in obtaining our new home.

Nice selection of homes, but a little to pricey for us seniors.will stay another year or more in our 1972 new Yorker with tarps. Thanks for your time.

Great, easy-to-see from the road, large selection of pre-built homes on site. The homes here can be purchased with no down payment as your land is the down payment.

Food was great fast, are gave a better rating but I didn't like the service
