I just want to thank the entire team at the City Center Leasing Office, Allentown. Signing a paper and moving in was a very smooth process. The team is highly professional, courteous and completes any request very quickly. Great shout out to Mike; our maintance guy, who is there for you day/night; and Renee Elias; Leasing Professional. Renee can help you with any request; just like today, helped me to get my power back in this heat weather. Thank you all! Cheers! 520 Lofts/ Gabi George #406

Living here wasn't too bad. It was a good location that was close to work. The windows were amazing. There was no amenities like city place, only a gym. Overall, we had a good time living here and maintenance was wonderful.

By far the worst living situation I've ever been in. The management of these apartments and all the other City Center ran ones is horrible. I had a serious water leak in my apartment above my bed that was ongoing for more than 5 months. At first I was only offered a small restaurant gift card for "my troubles" and it wasn't until I was preparing for a lawsuit that they took me seriously and figured out they should probably treat their tenants like human beings. Mind you, when I started to explain my situation to other tenants in the building I soon realized I wasn't the only one. In the two years since the building had been finished there had been MULTIPLE reports of water leaks from other tenants. All of which were denied by management when I brought this up. The photos attached were taken over the course of 5 months. I was told time and time again that the issue was "fixed" only to be woken up by dirty roof water dripping on my face. Even the front stairwell would leak (probably still does) when it rained and water would get all over the stairs. Even after maintenance requests were made reporting the issue and I explained the the incidence in an email to them management maintained that they "aren't aware of any problems". I can only assume any positive review left for this place were by tenants who never had to have management address an issue with their unit because as soon as something needs to be addressed your life will become a nightmare. I understand a roof leak isn't directly management's fault but it's the way I was treated that was so shocking. City Center tenants are not see as people, we are seen as money signs. Nothing more.

This place looks nice and new, and then you move in and realize the walls are paper thin. I reported the issue and ended up still having to regularly bang on the ceiling so my “neighbor” would quiet down. The windows were caked in mold, the only resolution was a parade of men walking through my apartment declining to help. As a pet friendly apartment I expected a certain level of service, but apparently requesting people don’t go in my apartment unless I am there was too much. One time the even locked my dog in the bathroom.it is super frustrating to live in a pet friendly apartment but be told that you cannot use the community dog park that the other three buildings are allowed to use. I’m not sure what the $40 a month goes too, but it is not a dog bathroom area, poo bags, or even pet friendly de-icer. Speaking of de-icer, good luck in the parking garage, as the snow melts and refreezes each night, they do not salt or pay any attention. You have to walk a good distance to get to your car as they don’t reserve spots for the residents, if you come home at lunch of before 4 you probably will not find a spot on the designated floor.

So overall decent looking, but not the level of service expected when you pay that much for zero amenities.
