7Long term parker - been parking here for 5+ years. It's no different than other parking lots. Edgar, who's always around, assists whenever someone gets stuck by the gate. He's very friendly and makes parking here a pleasure.
I park here almost everyday and is very safe never had issue with my car inside the garage and Ed always provides the best customer service!
I feel very safe to park my car in this garage Ed who works there is very nice and helpful person always making a rounds in the garage checking everything that makes me feel very safe keep up the good work Ed
I have been parking here for just under 3 years and am very satisfied! The daytime staff, especially Edgar, are incredibly attentive, conscientious, friendly, and kind. I know that my car is in good hands and trust entirely that it is safely looked after. In addition, there is almost always an employee present for the night shift. The building is well-lit, having recently upgraded their lighting, and is clean.
I am new to Philly and didn't know where to park-I heard about this lot and had a wonderful experience! There is an early bird special for 15$! Edgar was extraordinarily kind and very helpful. You could tell he works very hard and takes his job seriously- I feel very safe leaving my car here and will continue to use this lot often!
I got scammed, sign said $30 for 24 hours, I was parked less than 48 hours (in at 4.50pm Friday and left at around 1pm Sunday) and got charged $90. A lady was standing at the checkout (seemed like the machine was down or something) I couldn’t understand what she was saying and she charged me completely wrong.they owe me $30 at least. Horrible.
NOT SAFE
Do not park here. My car was broken into and the window was smashed on Monday 11/16/20. No one called me and my car alarm went off until the battery died. I am a monthly parker and they have my cellphone number and email address. They have no problem contacting me monthly to send me my invoices. I found out on Friday the 20th when I went to go drive my car. The parking "security guard" said "oh, I told management. I guess they didn't reach out. " and then walked away. While I was in the underground garage cleaning up the glass, I got jumped by a homeless man and punched in the face. The security guard didn't even notice when we had 8 cops outside the garage taking my fiancé and I's report.
