Was there for a bridal shower upstairs, and it was absolutely beautiful! I loved the whole setting and layout. It was a very cool place to have a bridal shower for my soon to be daughter inlaw. Very nice place for any occasion! Thanks for the great experience! See you again!

We planned for a large group, but they were not prepared with enough staff. Unfortunately many of guests left without even being served a beverage. The food I had was tasty wings, fries and shrimp. Not overly friendly staff, especially since they weren't prepared.

Love this place. The food, drinks, atmosphere is GREAT. I've had everything on the menu, EVERYTHING IS GOOD. My favorite is the peanut butter burger (551 Burger). The wedge salad it's so great, add blacken shrimp or chicken for protein. ALL the staff at 551 are AWESOME! Jimmy's the Best bartender he has our drinks ready before we even sit down.

Bartender overcharged and knew it. But they do have very good food for a bar. And the upstairs Skybar is quite nice on the days they have it open and can open up the windows.

This was the venue for a friend's 40th birthday celebration. Great overall experience!

We had great food and service. Sam (our server) was very knowledgeable about the food and the establishment itself. We all got different sandwiches and loved them! They had unique items for example I had a peachy chicken sandwich. It was a grilled chicken breast with peaches and an pepper onion cream sauce. It was very good.not to over powering just the right blend. We are not from the area but we would try this place again should we be around again!

Use to love this place but stopped today and my husband couldn't go up the stairs because he has a disability.

Love going here as I go every day and the ladies in carry-out are always friendly and caring

Food is classic American cuisine and seafood, very friendly, "homey" atmosphere. Love the karaoke on Mondays, got some great local, singers that come out to have fun.
Great food and entertainment, what more could you ask for?

First time into Lancaster. Great place. Nice people and great food. They have a draft beer list a mile long. I like to try local craft beer and there were many to choose from. Prices were very reasonable. We will be back!

Awesome service and staff. Great atmosphere. The temperature is top notch and if staying cool In the summer isn't your thing, their roof top is a beautiful outside bar that slams harder than Hulk Hogan against Andre the Giant at WM 3.

Oh the Cheesecake is bloody delicious. Best ever. PERIOD.

We were excited to give this place a try but was sorely disappointed. Our favorite moment was probably when we were waiting to be sitted and we got to listen to the live musician. We asked to be sitted where we could still hear him but not right next to the air conditioning because it was cold. Unfortunately we were then taken away from the musician upstairs to the roof. We both ordered burgers in which the meat had little to no flavor. I took the rest of my burger home but I'm not looking forward to finishing it. My husband said his peanut butter burger was something he would never get again and that the coleslaw was terrible. This was super disappointing since it was almost $20 per burger! The fries were good. Our waitress was nice and speedy. All in all wouldn't go back.

Every time we go, our servers are very attentive food comes out in a timely manner, there fried Mac and Cheese is amazing by the way some foods are a bit pricey but overall is good and family oriented

Rude managers, no air conditioning, waiters don’t do their jobs, everyone smokes weed right outside the doors, period blood in bathrooms and their hospitality is the WORST. I recommend if you’re looking for a place to have a good night to avoid this place at all costs. There’s plenty of better places to go.

Never will order garlic parmesan wings from here ever again. But on the bright side I did get my money back.

We stopped in and just had a drink. Nice big bar and cool atmosphere. Food looked like it would be delicious. Would definitely come back to check more out!

This is my go to place when recommending restaurants in Lancaster. I love this place. Like the cheesecake is stupidly amazing and the tenders are shockingly great. Like all the foods good but I always come back to the tendies. The service is slow as hell but that is not for a lack of trying on the friendly staff that always seems short handed.

Excellent atmosphere and the wings are great! Also the male bartender with the long dreads is so fun and attentive to his patrons.

We got a table on the 2nd floor, because 1st floor was packed. The food was good, but the chips are too weak to handle the Nachos.

If you’re looking for a brick of Mac n cheese, this is your spot. The app could easily feed 3-4! It was awesome. And the Pastrami sandwich was also very good! Very nice place with an awesome second floor patio.
