7-Eleven, Allentown PA

My 7-Eleven is great. I can usually find what I want and most of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

As far as convenient stores go this 7-11 wins the most convenient to the employees. Conveniently, they accidently forget to give customers their cash back if they choose that option. I guess they bank on the customer not realizing it. Conveniently, they raise the price of cigarettes (Newports) to $15.92 after midnight. They conveniently pick and choose when and if they'll pay out on the pa gaming machines which are so filthy half the time, myself and company have had to clean before even touching them. Have I mentioned the multiple altercations certain store employees have gotten into with customers and they were the ones starting them. I could go on about how poorly this store is managed or lack thereof, but I've wasted enough time on this eyesore. Maybe Allentown's "rejuvenation" project should include tearing this store down and replacing it with one that has a little more class

For being located right in center City the service actually pretty good. Just be prepared that later in the day and night there's usually always someone asking for change or something. Nobody has ever tried to be violent towards me they are actually pretty polite and offer to hold the door.

Owner is kinda rude and just rushes people through. My rewards card didnt work so I wanted to put my phone number in, but that part had already passed by so he expected me to pay $2 more for something instead of him just canceling and starting over and it was only 1 product

Nice friendly staff and the store can be hectic and people be asking for change Infront of the store. It's annoying.

Oh dear. You don't expect much from a 7-11 sandwich. But this sandwich. The Italian job. Italian flavored mayo is not necessary nor is it tasty. Too disgusting to finish. Cashier was friendly and store sort of clean. So they get a 2.

Tip: Visitor in town?
Keep a lil change to pay your way in and out safely! The struggle is real lmao

I have been coming to the particular 7 Eleven for years. The employees are so friendly and hard working. I know the owner and she is also very kind. I don't often see her but when I do I would like to discuss a few things with her that I'm positive she is not aware of that involves one night time employee. Other than that this store is clean, organized and fresh items are stocked daily.

Good people here. Just check your change before you leave. Sometimes mistakes are made giving out wrong change.
