Convenience Store 7-Eleven reviews
10An employee at the store cursed at me in foul language for walking out and not purchasing the items after the discount on the items were not vaild even that they still had the sign posted. Called in the next day to complain and the same employee picked up the phone accused me of lying and not to come back to the store again. Called a second time and this time got hold of the manager. Explained to him the situtation, left my phone number and name at his request for the promise of him calling me back to resolve the issue, the call never came. I wish I acted earlier and filed a complaint to the 7-11 corporation
Absolutely horrid. Employees are overbearingly rude. Dude isn’t even the right word I feel like I was treated with strong contempt.
Love the Sev! Well-kept and well-stocked store: friendly and helpful staff; and the fresh food is great. Keep up the awesome work!
I had a question and the owner couldn't get off his personal call to even acknowledge.
Staff was very helpful and accomodating. I found all that I needed, lending to a very happy Christmas. Glad to have this 7-11 in West Chester, PA!
Worst customer service ever. Never follow policy and always calling police on homeless. Worst employees that lie to police and defimate character.
Went back in after purchasing a Cali flow from this “business” the vapes battery died after 3 hours of use. I went to return and explain what had happened and was told nothing could be done. If you sell a bum product, as a respectable shop that wants a continued client base, I would expect at least alittle compensation. Maybe $5 off or something along those lines. But to be told “it is what it is”. Not something I’m prepared to hear as a client who essentially was sold a broken product. Good luck with your establishment. Next time be more understanding and not try to deny responsibility.
Literal crooks. Try to overcharge you without you noticing and when I pointed it out they laughed and said “oops my bad:) ”. Also, when I purchased a Cali Flow vape from them, it was broken when I got home and tried to use it. Went back to exchange it for one that actually works, and they wouldn’t exchange it, give me my money back, or offer a discount to replace it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
Personally I really like this 711. It’s always super quick to check out and the cashiers are always helpful with getting my nicotine.
