Convenience Store 7-Eleven reviews
18So what is the point of having a 24/7 schedule when people who work late hours in the night can't even buy anything!?
These guys are thugs and looters. They charged my kid-15yr old kid and his friends $7 for 1ltr bottle of deer park. These kids we there on a school program and wanted to buy water. The cashier even swiped the card twice and when my son argued the cashier gave him cash for the second swipe.
This is broad day light robbery.
I have all the receipts in case the corporate wants to see it.
Charged my son $27 for a pack 1 liter Deerpark bottles which are available for $10 less everywhere. When my son complained the person at the counter refused to refund for return. Very rude and unethical.
A very bad store says it’s open 24 hours and I just passed and it’s closed the employees simply ignored me with a bad face they couldn’t tell me what time they opened even though everything was on
Hours are posted as 24 hours but it is NOT true. Doors were locked and the employees were sitting on the ground.
The chick working the evening I came in stared at me, didn’t say a word. I only needed one quick item. While checking out, she played with the item, feeling and trying to flatten it. Like maam your job just requires you to greet me, not be weird, and check me out. As for the store, it seemed clean, small. But had what I wanted and easy to find.
I know 7-11 will reply with a canned answer. They don’t care about this location.
Went to buy meds at 1: 40 am. Doors closed, two employees inside just shook their head at me. Not open 24/7
The store advertises that they are 24/7. Which they aren’t. The inside isn’t even closed down. All lights are on with workers present. If you try to knock to get their attention to let you in. They just make eye contact with you and make rude gestures at you. I’ll personally never come back here.
Just attempted to provide some business - one guy inside made eye contact, shook his head, and ignored me. Hours posted publicly are not true.
I went to the store today, and they have really great customer service. However, I was harassed by a homeless woman that was at the counter, panhandling people with a change, she was saying verbally abusive things, including calling me, retarded, and trying to start a fight.
They really need to call the police and have zero tolerance for homeless people harassing customers or once they see you at the register exchange cash that they want your money
In the future, if I ever visit Philadelphia, I will bring extra toiletries, so I don’t need to go to the store and deal with places that don’t deal with homeless people harassing customers and that have a ghetto/thug mentality
Says they’re open 24/7 but they refuse to let u in. They’re in the store just sitting. If ur not open 24/7 then don’t advertise as such
Update: still a problem, worst store ever
Update: 10/4 they closed their dooor before midnight. They pick and choose who they let in. WORST STORE EVER
This place isn’t 24 hrs, they close randomly and it’s riddled with pan handlers and aggressive loiters. It’s a dangerous place to trap ppl by claiming it’s 24hrs. It looks like a drug front.
Says 24/7 but the worker told me they closed so he can sit down & eat. All I wanted was a coffee n I came all way here it was a 20 ride, plus I wasted my gas just to be let down.
Very friendly staff. For those complaining about them, I've witnessed first hand that it's because 99 percent of the time you were rude and belligerent
Keeps inaccurate hours (not 24 hours as stated). Then, they racially profile to decide who they let in after their arbitrary closing time that isn’t reflected on their website.
I appreciate your kindness to our guest staying at the Marriott. You had affordable prices and were very kind. Thank you!
Bad customer service. The things I got where expired I told the guy and didn't let me change the things.
