4An old lady that answers their phones told me I need my driver's license and key to get your car back. TURNS OUT you really need your registration or title.so I made a 40 minute trip there for absolutely no reason. She should have told em what I needed
I am sorry I do not recall the gentleman’s name that came to tow my car. But he was terrific! He was quick and personable! I knew my car was in good hands! Thank you sir and thank A-1 Towing!
Got stuck with my car not starting but cranking and got towed to my tuners shop. Fair price for the distance also the most genuine driver I ever met. Great people. The rep over the phone was also very pleasant. Overall great experience. Would recommend to anyone with any car built or stock.
They are shysters! They messed up my BSD system and did not own up to it. Prior to being towed, everything worked FINE. Be Leary, they send you to their "trusted" auto shop, "Allied Automotive", and low and behold, their technician stated, the problem was "there before", and it has nothing to do with towing.
Let's do the math. Car worked fine, in fact, the car has NEVER given me ANY problems before. BSD system sensors are on the rear bumper, car gets hoisted from the rear onto the flatbed truck.
The next day I go to retrieve my car, both side panels on the car that attach to the bumper, are sticking out slightly at the top. THAT wasn't like that before
To sum it up. They are UNETHICAL.
