I followed Dr. Rosen to Conshohocken because of his down-to-earth demeanor, sensitivity to my dental anxiety, and well, he just clearly knows exactly what he is doing. He doesn't inundate me with "ALL" the work I need to get done which is not helpful in the midst of an emergency, but rather soothes my worries and gets the task done with a smile and a jovial attitude. He's my guy.

I have been going to this dental practice since moving here to Pennsylvania almost 4 years ago and I am beyond satisfied with the services I receive every time I go. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere warm, and I finally got to meet Dr. Rosen himself and left with a big smile on my face. How many people can say that after leaving a dentist’s office? ! Hope he never retires as I plan to go there as long as I live in this area for all dental needs.

Dr. Rosen and his staff are the best! I began to see Dr. Rosen seven years ago after another dentist really messed up my teeth. My prior dentist recommended veneers on my front teeth. The teeth subsequently became infected and I switched to another dentist at that point, obviously! The second dentist performed root canals on the affected teeth but the pain persisted. He eventually referred me to a facial pain specialist at a prestigious university in Philadelphia. The pain specialist treated the pain largely unsuccessfully with botox injections for several years. I then changed my primary care dentist to Dr. Rosen who listened to my complaint. He took a cone beam CT scan, which he has in his Norristown office, and promptly diagnosed ongoing infection above one of the teeth. In short order he extracted the tooth and six years of pain was suddenly gone. To say that I got my life back is an understatement! The subsequent dental implant went well. More recently, I needed to have another tooth extracted when a tooth that had a prior root canal by another dentist was infected. Dr. Rosen literally and figuratively held my hand throughout the entire process, as I have quite a bit of anxiety about dental work after my prior dental nightmares. Dr. Rosen always is willing to fit me in when I need to be seen. He is fun to be around and his staff clearly enjoy working there. I actually enjoy going to Dr. Rosen's office when I am not having a procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Rosen as he is competent, caring, friendly, runs on time, and has reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?

I am not sure what the name of the receptionist at the front desk is, but she was completely out of line and unprofessional today. I had called to get a prescription re-ordered and she mentioned that the doctor would like to see me again. I understood that and told her I would not be able to come in this week since I am just returning back to work, informed her that I know it’s an infection and told her the symptoms. She said she would have to ask Dr. Rosen. When she called back she said that he would refill my amoxicillin but he wanted to see me this week. I asked her if I could do a tele appointment since I am swamped with getting back to work. I then followed up to say if a tele appointment is not an option can I come next week when I am finished with the antibiotics. That way he will be able to tell if it was effective. I don’t want to misquote her because i do not recall her exact words but she said something very snarky and disconnected the phone on me. I had to call back immediately and got her again. I asked her if she disconnected the line on me. Her response was “you said thank you and you would come next week so I hung up. ” At this point I’m flustered. So i asked her “when am i supposed to come next week? ” Her response was “whenever you’re available. ” Which i know is not true because the doctor is only available at this office on certain days. Instead of providing me with date and time options as the normal schedulers would do (tell me his availability), she had me provide her with multiple dates and times where she said he wasn’t available. She refused to get me to someone who was willing to assist and her demeanor was awful. As a client facing representative, she needs to do much better and learn how to communicate with clients.

I remained at this dentist office because it used to be a very welcoming place. I enjoyed the service that was provided when Dr. Hobbs and Michele worked there. When Dr. Hobbs and Michele left the service declined. The staff are not as friendly as they once were. Dr. Rosen is a very smart man. He does great work based off the minimal interactions we’ve had. However, his bedside manner is different from what I was used to with Dr. Hobbs. Dr. Rosen is not rude in my opinion, he seems very upbeat during the interaction but he also seems like he’s in a rush a lot. I never know when he’s leaving until I hear him explaining to someone information he would like them to relay to me. Then I have to wait for them to go back and forth between him and I to get all of my questions answered. Last time i was so flustered with the wait and the back and forth that I had to request that the woman gets him back in the room with me to answer my questions. When Dr. Hobbs was my dentist he personally made sure all of my questions were answered, he talked me through all procedures, it was service that i appreciated. I felt like a valued client. I know I am no longer a valued client at this establishment, so I will be going elsewhere. Actually I found out that Dr. Hobbs opened his own practice so I will be contacting them. It’s just unfortunate because this office was a convenient commute from my home.

Dr. Rosen exceeds the rest again! Fabulous customer service, skilled hygienists and cutting edge technology. Always a pleasure to be taken care of and in his beautiful Conshohocken office. Thanks so much for repairing my cracked tooth and working up a treatment plan for my upcoming implant. Not looking forward to the procedure, but know I’m in great hands!

At my first visit I was greeted by a friendly, courteous and professional staff. Dr. Rosen diagnosed my problem quickly and accurately. The treatment was painless and effective. As a health care provider of many years, I have provided care and interacted with many doctors and offices. Based on my professional and personal experiences, I can highly recommend AFDCC of C.

This was my first visit at this office. The staff was exceptionally friendly and Dr Rosen was efficient and explained everything thoroughly. I also appreciated the music selection (yacht rock genre), restaurant recommendations and guidance on generational fashion trends:)

A Family Dental Care Center always takes the best care of my family and I! The front desk, hygienists and doctors alway make you feel at home.
They have such warm & welcoming environment in their Dental office that can put anyone at ease and that is saying a lot because going to the dentist can be scary!

Dr Rosen helped me one day with a horrible abscess that I will never forget.
I was in such desperate need but had no appointment. He immediately got me in a chair and put a successful plan into action! Dr Rosens empathy, humor and dental skills saved me that day!

Also, my 10 yr old daughter just had a filling done by him and she came out smiling and calm as ever! He really made her feel like a rockstar and communicated everything so well during the process to her and after it was done to me! She was so impressed and couldn’t believe it was so painless!

A Family Dental thanks for always being there no matter how big or small our dental needs might be!
