1If I could rate this a negative review I would. Within the year I had lived here, it was atrocious. I left the house due to a toxic environment within the house, in which seemed to trickle down from the lack of care by the owner for his recovery and sober houses. I highly do NOT recommend if you're serious about your mental health and recovery. This man is more focused on money it seems, than the quality of his program. He has no legitimate bedding, just seems to be worn out mattress toppers and run down mattresses. Appliances were constantly on the fritz due to lack of concern and a timely manner for getting them fixed. Once he finally does get around to taking the responsibility in fixing them, another usually follows soon after. It had it's benefits which really only came down to the good individuals living within the recovery house with whom I could lean upon for support
