Horrible place! Had my intoxalock installed and they dented my car and scratched the hood and refused to do anything in terms of fixing it!

They communicated. They did a great job installing the windshield and cleaning up the mess from the smashed windshield. Thanks again for a great job.

Had a great experience working with A-OKAY. Pricing was great, and they came to me to replace my glass.

I don’t write reviews often, but this company deserves it. Give credit when credit is due. Their customer service is A+. From the receptionist who took my call and quoted me the price to the guy who showed up and did the work. Very Friendly and Kind people. The communication was also above and beyond. I originally had another glass company scheduled, but it was like pulling teeth to get him to show up so I decided to give A-Okay a try. They were able to schedule me for the very next day, and their price was $100 cheaper then the other guy. There’s some really old reviews for A-Okay that are very bad, but it’s clear they made some changes for the better with the company and a lot of the recent reviews reflect on the great experience I had with them. I would definitely use them the next time I need another windshield replaced.

I am impressed. Fast service. Good customer service, this guy seem professional and was fast. He was solo. They guaranty the job and good for the price.
The only thing, if he break a Push Fasteners, you won’t get one!

Very accommodating and pleasant when we had to reschedule due to weather. I was told that when we arrive goal is to get us back on the road which they did. Very reasonable prices too.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. They make appointments and then never show. This is the 3rd time they’ve done this to me and they get so nasty when your an unsatisfied customer. The woman at the phone talks over you and refuses to put you on phone with supervisor then claims she’s the owner then claims she’s not. It’s a 3 ring circus every time I need a window fixed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONPANY
