Paid them $650 over 2 separate visits (both times their repair person was late) for my furnace just to be told that it's sludge in my tank and it needs sludge treatment added and that I should do it myself. Well I put it in and went to start the furnace and they left the burner opened up. I figured out how to close it, luckily. Not happy with them at all and would never recommend them.
They charged me $300 to take my toilet apart. Then had to go get a seal and also charged me for the drive time from their previous location to my house so they probably actually worked on my toilet 1 hr and half but charged me for 3 hours! Don’t use them overly expensive when maybe others would do it cheaper and not rip you off!
Broken water heater was able to schedule a technician within 5 days and had the water heater swapped out same day. I also received a call that a $200 related was applied and cost was actually less than originally billed. I would definitely use them again.
