Mr. Leon Poulson helped me with my home and car insurance. He responded to all of my questions efficiently and effectively. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work. I found him on the website when I was within days of another policy ending. He really was patient with me. He gave me some options and gave me his professional opinion when I asked. We were able to get covered in the nick of time. Highly recommend.

Gifted a car to a relative and went there to do title transfer. Very nice and helpful staff - they even put the new plate on the car for us.

Came across location in crisis mode, with a flat tire Saturday afternoon. I explained how I was volunteering at a Veterans event nearby, my car loaded with stuff. When they first told me they didn't have my size tire I panicked. Then one guy offered to go and pick up tire at another location and assured me all will be fine. For $253 I finally got a new tire. At first I was shocked by the price but I was stuck there I had no choice and calmed down.
Then I came home and finally unpacked all and much to my surprise,
I'm now missing a tarp, a canister of zip ties, and even an American flag! My car was returned to me completely tidy with the rear hatch screen pulled over the mess I thought was still in my hatchback. They even threw trash out which of course was packaging for an item I was returning. I never noticed it or inspected car when I got it back.
Consumer beware.

Will never use AAA ever again don’t recommend because they leave you stranded when you’re not at or near the store you originally purchased the tire at! My tire was unsafe to drive on they could have killed us! The tire is under warranty and I will be contacting the attorney general

Took my wife's car to get an oil change and they of course check everything and in my honest opinion they forgot to do the oil change in attempts to get more money out of me. Had to get the BBB involved to get AAA to actually do the oil change.

Kim was able to help us through a complicated title sale and registration quickly while being so friendly. It was the best experience i could have had going through this process

Great service, friendly staff, appointments are easy online, with or without a membership.

Do not take your car here if it is older and not pristine. The mechanics recommended thousands of dollars of work due to only seeing fluids that I forgot to clean up while changing the parts weeks ago they claimed to need to be replaced. Were annoyed when I declined service. +1 star for the DMV services they can provide.

I took my car in today because I thought my tire was leaking. Phil was so nice and told me what it could be. Then he called me back to tell me they could not find a leak and they were not charging me. What a wonderful surprise

I have had multiple great experiences with this location. They resolved an issue for my boyfriend and I quickly and have provided exceptional service every time. The mechanic Lamont specifically has gone above and beyond to make sure any concerns were addressed and my car was well cared for. I would definitely recommend this location for services.
