I got soft locs and this was some of the worst service I have ever received. I asked the lady what type of hair I needed multiple times and she never told me about wrapping hair. When I get there, she asked if I bought hair to wrap my locs. I told her no… and asked if it would look okay, she said yes. It DOES NOT look okay AT ALL. I called back to see if they could fix it and they said they had an appointment so they could not. Once they were paid, they didn’t care if I liked it or not. This customer service was AWFUL. They also do not accept cards? ! In 2022? It’s absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER return and highly recommend you save your money and time.

They were nice and easy to get along with but the quality of service was bad. I asked for kinky braids and didn’t get the quality of braids for the amount of money that I paid. I specifically called and asked how many packs of hair to bring, the lady told me to buy 7 and she only used 4 packs. I can’t return the hair and my hair doesn’t look like it was professionally done. Amateur work for kinky braids. Find another place if you want your kinky braids to be done professionally.

I don’t recommend getting micro braids done here, they started falling out after two days. My sister had the same problem. Maybe they are good at other stuff, but NOT micro braiding

Do not use this place for any service! I went to this place on a Friday to get goddess locs on Saturday, I was completely bald on my left side. I called the salon and they asked for me to come in. I went on Monday showed them my huge bald spot, all the hair that came out and still had several locs that still had my hair in them from the root! They completely acted as if they did nothing wrong, made a million excuses and argued with me for over two hours. Then told me they did not give refunds! After several hours that of arguing they stated they would take my hair out and refund me. But when they took me hair out, they did not make me whole and refused to do so. The lady who actually pulled my hair out has no type of customer service skills. She treated me rude, refused to look at the hair she pulled out and never apologized at all! I do not understand how any responsible business owner would employ someone like this! She acted as if I pulled her hair out. Besides the fact that they pulled my hair out within 24 hours of doing my locs, the locs were messing and not fully twisted, they were all different sizes, the ones on my edges that pulled my hair out were way thicker than the rest, and the weave was falling out immediately after getting it done. They took really small tiny sections of my edges, put thick locs on them and made them extremely tight as if they have no knowledge of how to treat and responsible do someone’s hair! Do not use this place. I do not normally give bad reviews and usually just don’t say anything if I had a bad experience because that’s the type of person I am. However in this situation I feel obligated to save someone else from losing their hair and being treated like you are nothing. They are way over priced and should not be licensed to do a dogs hair! I took pictures and have videos of everything they did and I will be taking further action.

Lillian is so bomb, she always does a phenomenal job with my hair. Her hands are Blessed! Just an all around amazing atmosphere and the energy and vibes are always positive.

They changed my appt time twice, then I still had to wait 3 hours. Got box braids, lost a dozen in like 4 days. They did not dip them so it was all stringy looking. My hair is short in the back, but I've been wearing short hair with braids for nearly 30 years and I've never had this happen before. Will not patronize again.

They did my starter locs off my 4 inch Afro and they’re still holding up well even after a month. Great service if you’d ask me. I wasn’t uncomfortable at all. I plan to go back for my first maintenance pretty soon.

I am giving 2 stars because the first time that I went to this salon, I had a great experience. The 2nd time-not so much. The braids were too tight; the style wasn’t what I requested and when I attempted to have the issues corrected, I received push back and poor customer service. I will NOT return

I took my daughter to get her hair done. It took about 6 hours and cost $270 but well worth it. The staff is very friendly and polite. Within walking distance are places to eat and a convenience store at the end of the block.

I went there twice, once for braids which they came out beautiful so anyone on here saying otherwise is crazy they do great work. The second time I went in for locs. I started locs myself and they turned out terrible I went in and they saved my locs. Will be going back.very calm atmosphere. Sweet women Ps. The only thing which is not that serious is they only except cash no cards

We got there and did not have to wait, they took my son right away and started on his hair and did his hair quickly and they were very nice and polite and the price was very reasonable and gave me an appointment very quick and didn't make me wait for weeks to get an appointment. I will be visiting them again
