Very happy with the service. John was very helpful. I was promised my truck in 10 days and we had it back in 10 days even with the Holiday. Would recommend them anytime.

Be aware! Our car had an oil leak. John promised free diagnostic. Then said that it will cost one hour labour at the rate of $140/h upfront, but that this money will be subtracted from the total price of the repair. Two days later he said that "they think this was an oil filter that was installed without the ring, and they fixed it, and the car is ready".
Guess what? Same day the car was picked up: the oil is still leaking, so we lost $140+tax for nothing. Be aware of the scheme: "free diagnostic" promised -> Paying $140/h "which will be subtracted" -> nothing is done -> money gone.

Poor communication had to get a rental which made the total cost more than if had taken it to the dealer

I brought my car over from another local mechanic who insisted the repair AND payment would take five days over the weekend. John and his shop did the repair I needed in a few hours. His shop gave me a ten minute ride back to my hotel and to the rental car service (saving me about $60 of uber). As they finished earlier than expected I also saved about $30 on the rental. They accepted the credit card I had used for years and I drove away immediately after the repair. Top Notch Auto shop. Top Notch Mechanics.

John and his crew rebuilt my transmission in my chevy express van. Van is running beautiful. If you need a transmission done i would definitely suggest these guys.

Hats off to John and team over at AAMCO Horsham! Fixed my Ford up and got me back on the road without worry! I know just who to call should I need anything transmission related in the future! Honest, and Fair. And that my friends is priceless.

I brought my 2017 Nissan Altima in for a replacement transmission. The customer service was excellent! Reasonably priced. Time frame for service was reasonable. My car rides like I just took it off the lot! If you want the total package as far a pricing and service paired with skilled mechanics -come to this location. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!

John and his team went out of their way again for me (this is like the 3rd or 4th time) in tracking down and finding the correct parts for my suv due to supply chain issues. I had been searching as the suv is older and couldn’t even find the parts myself. I called all over the place, internet, etc, no one seemed to be able to help with the unavailability of the parts I needed. These guys put the extra time in, got me the parts, talked to me for a long time about various things that applied to the make and model of my suv I didn’t know. They helped me back on the road, again, by tracking down everything I needed (somehow), installing it correctly, and at a better price than the other shops I called quoted me. Once again this was the shop I should have just started at.

In the past 5 years I’ve have had my 2013 Chrysler Town and Country to 3 other so called “expert” transmission shops.
The problem was a code P0740 torque converter clutch issue.
The first shop said that it was the shift solenoid and changed it, needless to say that was a waste of $450.00. I then decided to order a completely rebuilt transmission from Detroit Axle and had it installed two days later the light came back on again same thing, code P0740, that was another $2100,00 spent. So I decided to take it to the REAL transmission experts Aamco in Horsham, PA.
I met John the manager and Bob the transmission expert and they were very friendly and apparently knowledgeable because they removed and rebuilt my transmission, it’s been over a week now and my transmission is operating like new. They are the true experts, they KNOW what they are doing. Thank you John and Bob.

John and his crew are top notch. Fixed my transmission in multiple vehicles over the years. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Went above and beyond to help with my most recent problem.

My car came in for what I thought was a more serious transmission problem. John did a great job explaining everything and they went above my expectations and made sure my car was safe. Thanks!

Great service and good people. Although, I didn’t like paying for a new transmission it was much cheaper than a new car. The guys here did great work and kept cost low. Fantastic job!

Overall, I had a good experience/turn around time for the replacement of my brakes. The manager John addressed any questions/concerns I had and has been good about following up on any additional concerns. My family also uses the same service and all of us would definitely recommend!

This is a follow up to Jons responce to my previous 1 star review. Jon you are not telling the truth, You sat in your office and never called me back that Wednesday morning after you told me ill call you right back, An hour later I called and you were in your office watching the caller id when I was calling It would ring then go to voice mail. You never figuerd that I was going to keep calling you till you answered which you finally did after i called more than a half dozen times. That is when you piked up the phone and told me to come pick up my car and take it someplace else. Look at all the other reviews stating you did the same thing to them.never getting back to people when you say you are onna. PLEASE stay away from this bussiness.

I made an appointment on a Wed. Jon said bring it in the following Monday which I did. Told me there was 1 or 2 cars ahead and that he would have it diagnosed and call me that afternoon. Heard nothing Tuesday came and went still no call. I called him up Wednesday morning as soon as they opened. He stated he was sick for couple of days and would call me right back with update. First he was there Monday so he wasn't sick for 2 days. Hour goes by I call no one picks up answering machine. I called 10 times in a row till he finally picked up. I said you were gonna call me right back. He said why don't you just pick up your car and take it somewhere else. When I went to pick it up Jon didnt even come to the desk. He stayed in the shop and had one of his workers come give me the key. I highly do not recommend this place and will tell everyone I know about this and will let the bbb know about this.

My car has been there a week an they still don't know what's wrong with it an don't call back like they say they will. The manager kept saying he will call back but does not very unprofessional an ridiculous.
