The technician who responded was prompt and courteous; he treated the problem and gave a good explanation of the procedure and how to mitigate future issues. They came in and told us where to put traps and poison and said they would come back to get rid of mouse traps … also we have a wasp nest outside that they said they couldn’t find and were mad when I called multiple times to spray so my landscaper could cut my grass without getting attacked by wasps.we still have a mouse and wasp issue and we paid over $500 for them just to give us directions on how to catch mice.
