Amazing customer service and everyone was so friendly. Most of all very helpful and informative. If I lived here this would be the only place I would buy my hiking and running shoes. 10 stars if it were an option.

If you need expert help in selecting sneakers, either because you have an issue with your foot/feet or because you want the right sneaker for your exercise, this is the place to go. Professional, knowledgeable sales people. You get personalized attention and all the time you need to make a decision. There's also lots of accessories like socks, shorts, tops etc. This is a downtown setting, so mostly street parking at meters.

It saddens me to write this negative review. I used to love the Aardvark Sports Shop. All my running shoes have been from this shop. I’ve also bought running apparel and leisure wear. Ive been to running shops in GA, AZ, FL, PR, NY, and CA that i could remember. What distinguished the Aardvark was their superb customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This time around it was different. Staff was not welcoming at all. Shop is not kid friendly anymore. As a matter of fact it was looked frowned upon to go in with children. The only employee to actually resemble the customer service they used to have was Janis. I hope i got her name right.

Gentleman at the checkout did not acknowledge anyone in the store. The women fitting shoes was the rudest of all. There were two small children playing around while the parents shopped. The women scolded both children for playing with the rollable seats used for fittings.

Nonetheless both families walked out without purchasing anything. In this day and age with Amazon and other running shops nearby. Customer service is more important than ever. Unfortunately i will not be purchasing any other items from this shop. I will be giving Foot Solution in Nazareth.

Great experience yesterday. If you need a proper fitting of footwear I highly recommend Ardvark. I have been having knee and leg pain for months went to orthopedic doctor.he suggested I need proper fitting shoes and to go to Ardvark. I found out I wasn't even wearing the right size shoe! This will be my go to place for sneakers from now on. Thankyou

This is the best shore store if your looking for an elite shoe or orthotic that fits your needs. My few experiences have been great! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with a huge selection of running gear. They have a foot scanner that gets you into the right shoe or orthotic insert. I was probably one customer they will never forget. Here’s a small story,
I brought my kids into the store with me to shop for an orthotic that fits my horrible foot condition as I have both Morton’s neuroma and plantar fasciitis in both feet. While going over the results of my scan, my son was bored and hid in the circular clothes hanger. Then crash, bang, boom the whole thing comes down. My son (7) comes out from underneath the pile of clothes with that look of uh oh! The embarrassment was real but the staff helped out and was friendly about the situation. So if your a staff member I apologize you had to clean up our mess. I was able to get an orthotic that feels good for my messed up feet. I got the Superfeet Adapt Run Max insoles and they have made my feet feel good for once. Thanks to the helpful staff and that foot scanner. I’ve been there a only a few times, but I will continue to go back even though I’m very embarrassed about my sons accident.

Came in based off a friend’s recommendation. I arrived and was helped by Kevin. I’m new to running and he took care of all of my concerns. He knew what type of running shoes I needed based of me walking for 10 secs. Brought out 3 pairs for me to try. I was so impressed with his insight and knowledge that I felt compelled to buy 2 pairs! Magnificent experience from start to finish. 100% coming back! Thanks Kevin!

Brian worked with me in finding a new pair of sneakers. He had spot on recommendations and was friendly the whole time. They use a foot scanner to determine foot type and create recommendations for sneakers based off it it. They allowed me to use the treadmill to test my chosen sneaker and make sure that I felt comfortable. It’s a great shop on Main Street and I highly recommend anyone looking for a sneaker stop in to see Brian. He has over 20 years of experience and it comes through in his service and sneaker fitting

I needed help with a foot problem I had when I was at work and walking, the staff there helped me pick out sneakers that would support my feet and help with the pain. I bought 2 pair of sneakers and they really seem to help, I'll keep going to them from now on, the staff was great!

Brought my husband in for new sneakers. Eileen was our sales rep and she was patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She took her time and explained the computerized evaluation and suggested several sneakers that my husband tried on before choosing one. Eileen discussed the sneaker in detail and the benefits and why it would be a good choice.
The overall atmosphere of the store is low-key, friendly, clean and well staffed with people who like their job and do their best to make sure the customer is happy with their purchase.
There are a wide variety of sneakers that are displayed as well as clothing and accessories. Thumbs up all the way!

Received the absolute BEST customer service today from employee named Kate. Without going on and on about my particular situation, let’s just say she went far and beyond what I expected. Thank you Aardvark for this experience!

I have been getting my sneakers from them for the last 6-7 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They always have the newest selections, the stay is super helpful and kind and their customer service is hard to beat. 10/10 recommend!

What a fabulous experience. Greeted upon entry, I was properly fitted for running shoes by Jeri who helped me find some amazingly comfortable sneakers. The store has a very uplifting feel, as I left I was ready to run! Thank you so much.

After having bilateral hip replacement, my PT advised me to throw away all my old sneakers and get new ones. I took a friends advice to stop at Aardvark Sports Shop, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job fitting me with the right pair of sneakers. In fact, I was always wearing a size 10.5 and they advised me to get an 11. Wow! What a difference! I highly advise giving them a shot! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I bought a pair of shoes from Aardvark 5 weeks ago and they ripped along the seam, must have been a manufacturing error. They were very accommodating and exchanged my pair for a new pair in no time with no questions asked. I can’t recommend Aardvark enough, great experience and I will be buying shoes from them for years to come!

I made my first visit to Aardvark after being referred by my podiatrist to them for a firmer and supportive sneaker. I no longer run, but do walk frequently. A typical day is about 6-7 miles so optimum footwear is crucial for comfort and injury prevention. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The personal emphasis on each customer is evident in their culture. Aardvark also measures your feet and walking patterns electronically to pin point the best footwear for your individual needs. All the results are shared with the customer. The store was small but clean and organized. I was so pleased with the overall experience that I purchased two pairs of sneakers and a t-shirt at the conclusion of our visit. The location is in the center of Bethlehem and the store offers free parking in several nearby city garages. For fellow veterans, Aardvark offers a military discount with proper ID. No longer will I struggle with trying to find footwear online. I’m a new customer of Aardvark.

Went to buy my daughter running sneakers for running club. Though it was pricey, the service was exceptional. They even has a computerized image on my daughter's feet and how she was walking. Very impressive. Explained the different between different types of shoes.

Staff was extremely helpful with the sizing, comfortability and fit for running shoes and track shoes. It was a great experience, and will continue to return to Aardvark for all my family's running needs.
