My whole family has been seeing Dr. Roan since we have moved to State College. But for last 2 years our experience is getting worse every day! They have become increasingly rude and unprofessional - this is not only true for the employees but also for Dr. Roan himself. Maybe they don't have enough people to get the work done but that doesn't give them any right to misbehave with their loyal customers! So disappointed!
