Arrons is definitely a five star. Tommy the store Mgr and Dasheim are amazing. Have delt with them for years and not a single issue. Very courteous and always on top of the game. Would definitely refer and recommend.

They failed to deliver my furniture didn’t notify me then after two weeks of me calling them to reschedule I canceled it and they keep lying about giving me a refund do not shop here unless you can take it home your self they are full of lies and they are thieves

Definitely a five star experience every time. Jess and Tommy are a great team. Very attentive and meticulous about each detail. Jessica is very knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to. Tommy the manager does his utmost to hit the ball out of the park each time and he does! Never go anywhere else. They have it all!

The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Could never complain been renting from them for years. Would highly recommend them.

I'd like to start by i don't have a lease with this company, yet I continue to get harassed for their inability to do their job. My ex used my address upon leasing items from them (mind you these items were never delivered to my home let alone entered my home) my ex is not even on my lease. But apparently him staying with me at one point (still these items not entering my home) mean they can call me 10+ times a day while I'm at work and pound on my door & windows all hours of the day/ night. I have cameras so they can't deny that. I've had enough and I will be contacting the authorities the next time they even step foot on my porch. I have already emailed corporate with proper proof and won't stop. You will no longer harass me.

Rent to buy furniture and stuff! Clean store and very nice staff! Great way to get really nice furniture to furnish your house for very cheap payments every week!

I do not usually write negative reviews but I feel this people need to know the truth. Easton Aarons is the worst including the corporate office. My dryer stopped working 3 months ago. It took a month for Aarons to get me a loaner. Prior to getting the loaner, They kept calling for the last payment which I chose not to pay since my dryer was not working. Each time that they called, which was many of times, to set up an appointment to bring a loaner, they never showed up. They stated that the guys don't work in the rain or heat. I had to cancel many appointments because they stated they were coming. Finally, the loaner was delivered. It than took an extra 2 months to get our actual dryer back. Aarons did the same thing as before, not showing up after scheduling the delivery. Finally they delivered my actual dryer was delivered yesterday (9-15-2021) but they did not hook it up correctly. The delivery guy said he got dirty so he was not able to fix the situation. Now on to corporate, the lady who took both complaints was amazing. The district manager, on the other hand, he keep interrupting and did not want to hear my concerns. I wish everyone the best, whoever decides to lease from this company.

The most unorganized company I've ever had to deal withWe waited almost three and a half weeks for a mattress.the first told us 1 week then it became 2 weeks when we finally went on sat the 3rd of July we were told it would there on Tuesday between 11 and 2 at 130 we called and were told that it's would be by 7 when we called they said that the delivery guy was there and called us which is total B. S.

We having been dealing with the Easton location for about 6 or 7 years (many purchases) and every experience is better than the last! Tommy the manager at that store is always attentive, super pleasant and always makes sure that we find what we need at a great price! The employees at that store always make sure they not only take care of you but that you are happy with your purchase. Have never had a problem with any of the deliveries, they always show up when promised! I wish I could give them 100 stars (50 just for Tommy alone! Lol)

This place is a joke. Still better than Rent a center but now I see why. Ordered my bed on August 25th & has still yet to come after they told me it would be delivered September 4th. Called Multiple Times For Them To Keep Telling Me They Have No Delivery Drivers. That’s Not The First Time I Had This Problem Same Thing When I Ordered My Washer & Dryer Sales Reps Delivered That So You’re Telling Me Sale Reps Can’t Deliver My Bed? Very Poor Customer Services. I Will Not Recommend Anyone Here & Will Definitely Not Be A Returning Customer.
