Aaron's, Lancaster PA

What an amazing and educational experience I had at this store on 07/15/2020. Ken who was my customer service agent and cashier in the store was beyond great! Ken was knowledgeable about product, kind, quick, and all about helping me find the perfect laptop for me. I could not be any happier with the product I am leasing/purchasing. The online downside is the amount of interest that I am paying. I get that the company doesn't check credit but my finance charges/interest where 1/2 the value of the laptop I bought. That's over $700 dollars in interest. While Aarons in one of the better lease to own companies in Lancaster, PA I believe a 1/3 to 1/4 amount of finance charges/interest would be not only a better deal but aid in people who are working on there credit situation or don't have all the money up front to purchase the product outright. I understand that most of the business is high risk buyers however you are potentially hindering someone's success in not only high cost monthly payments but finance/interest charges as well. Lower payments for high quality products make it possible for someone to enjoy there life more then worrying about a product that they needed/wanted to purchase. I will say my product over the past five days has been amazing so far. I purchased the ASUS TUF Gaming Laptop. I am happy with my experience at this specific store and that Aarons is here to help.

My experience with aarons is that they are wonderful people they have great merchandise and on top of that they will help you with anything you need and give you prices you can afford I’ll give everyone five stars and I gave Obed and Jose five stars

Aaron’s in general is a great place to rent but people at this store always seem to have attitudes and are rude. If I could change my current lease to another store I would in a heartbeat.

I refuse to go anywhere else for my furniture. Aaron’s makes the entire process super quick and easy and are willing to work with you no matter what. I would highly recommend them. Awesome quality products, great prices, and amazing costumer service!

Very good experience today Matt and the two gentlemen that moved in and set up our furniture went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our furniture I appreciate them all!

No good delivered furniture broken week ago never came back to fix it yet.they can have ot back

Customer Service is unsatisfactory. The store can call me at 8: 30am but does not answer the phone or even open until after 10am.

Moving from jersey to Lancaster pa has been a big experience and even more with Aaron’s if it wasn’t for them I would be sleeping in the floor thanks to my friend Miguel Baez who recommend to me to go here it’s being a good experience I love the payments the furniture the manager it is awesome help me to get a new set for my daughter bedroom instead of a used one he is awesome

I feel bad because I can't remember the store manager's name! This place was awesome! The store manager just happened be working last Saturday and helped me out in a pinch like a champ! The level of service I received was as good as it gets. Thank you for a job well done. It's nice to know their are people managing businesses out there who know what they are doing and do it well. Highly recommended.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Nothing but shady, shysters & bullies. They charge you double the cost of an item in "finance fees" and their products are literally held together wiyj staples, tape, and particle board. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Never had a problem with them they always tried to help me with deals.my son also deals with them to n he don't have a problem with them either.the staff was always kool.

They came to my place wanting to get the merchandise or collect money and the guy who came wrote you late on the metal prongs on the back of my air conditioner. And we know it was them cause i only walked in the house 10 min before that and my ac wasnt damaged plus a neighbor seen them doing it. Now they have a guy here trying to un bend every prong with a credit card. What freakin idiots. And its still damaged and bent where he tried to straighten it out. NEVER USE AARONS AT ALL.

Ron, TIna, and the staff always are a pleasure to work with. They offer great deals, and they are a great place for anyone to purchase good furniture and appliances.

Thank-you for a job well done. From the time I walked in to the time I got my stuff. Such a great experience with these guys. 10 stars!
