I've been calling off and on for 3weeks with no answer been waiting for my replacement furniture and to speak with someone.

Great product. Poor customer service, poor communication. We have been trying to have a repair done for 6 months. Heard every excuse possible from being on conference call to being in bathroom and throw little covid in there too. I work retail shipping is slow but not 6 month to get replacement part.

Had my furniture picked up this morning and was truly disappointed in the lack of communication from the delivery driver. (unknown name) because he did not introduce himself. Kyle who is new was more helpful in advising me as to what was going on and why they could not take my dining room chairs and table, I felt it was rude for the other gentleman to not let me know anything nor exchange a single word with me. Otherwise I had never had any issues with aarons over the past 2 plus years.

Just trying to reach anyone in this store is the biggest pain in the rear. They never seem to have enough people.
Lots of people need jobs higher aomeone to take calls. People don't have all day to sit on hold or to keep calling 5 to 8 times a day.

Rude people not professional. They don’t want to help the customer very rude people. I don’t recommend it.

Got my fridge from them. My stove great company depending on what you need sometimes its worth it to go to a second hand store or buy somewhere else straight out. But for am emergency ita a good place to go. I pay $82 a month for my 2018 double door fridge with deep freezer bottom.

The guys here are amazing. Super well informed and helpful. They are not sharks that are out for your money. With a warm greeting and a smile they ask what your vision is. Then device a package and price that would make the Grinch happy. There selection is massive and the many different payment plans are excellent.

Such amazing people to conduct business with. Very friendly and welcoming. Products and prices are awesome and not breaking the bank.

Got a used xbox one was suppost to be discounted but wasnt. Then I ask to exchange it for a new console they said a week its been 4 been calling every week get same response they sold it to someone else now they want money for this scratched up console giving me sob story about there manager having keys and hes away on family emergancy like its my problem. No exchange again week 5.dont go here goto Aaron's on 5th street there customer service respects you and you get what you want without hassles. It was closer and i thought hey its aarons i bought a few thing's from them nope wrong its a terribly run franchise.

The service here was unbelievable. Absolutely no one came up to us to help us or talk to us about the couches we were looking at. As we were walking towards the door someone finally asked if they could help after the twenty minutes of silence we received we were ready to take our business elsewhere. The woman that had finally asked if we needed help yelled from the other side of the store and made absolutely no intention to walk towards us. I am highly disappointed with this store I've had no issues with the one in shillington. This store doesn't even deserve a star.
