Ordered replacement glass for my store front 8 months ago. Paid 680.00 upfront still no glass. Plenty of stories from them of why I have no glass. Do not recommend. Getting a lawyer.

Great customer service and they got me in real quick for a crack going all the way across my windshield. Would definitely come back if I need any help with any glass issues.

My nana had some glass to cut and they cut it wrong and it is not what we asked for we had to wait several weeks to get it and we picked it up and they cut it wrong and they would not take responsibility for there wrong cut

ABC Glass was contacted in Jan. 2022 to replace a Store Front Tempered Glass Window that was damaged…so they took measurements. In March the insurance company sent me a check for the damage and I paid for the window replacement in FULL. Each time my son called in regard to the window he got the excuse that the supplier was slow. So I called today Oct. 21st to inquire about the glass and talked to Christie? And she was going to call ABC’s new glass supplier to find out when they could install. I explained to Christie that if this situation wasn’t resolved today that we would file a Civil Suit with the District Justice immediately. I told her I was familiar with this course of action because of my business dealings in the past…I will follow up Monday and continue to put the pressure on. My recommendation is to stay clear of this business.

Customer service is lacking & product quality was poor! On June 1st, I dropped off a window that needed glass replaced. I paid upfront with a 3.5% add on for using a credit card & was told by front counter lady that it would be done in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks with no call, I visited business to inquire about window & was told that it wasn't done. At 6 weeks, my dad visited store to ask about window & was told that there was a 2 to 3 week delay on orders.but this was 6 weeks out! On Aug 2nd, I tried one more time. Front desk lady was short & defensive, making excuses of how busy she was. I suggested that a courtesy call informing me of the major DELAY would've been appropriate for the situation.once again, excuse of being too busy. She went in the back after ignoring me for a few minutes & informed me that the window would be ready for pick up at the end of the day. At 1230 pm on Aug 2nd, I received a call from ABC Glass informing me that the caulking wouldn't be dry for 24 hours & that I could pick up my window the next day. When I picked up my window, the glass was replaced, but the caulking was poorly done as seen in the pictures. My overall experience was disappointing-lack of customer service, no communication, delivery time beyond what was told (over 6 weeks more) and the poor quality of work. A phone call informing me of the extended time for completion would've definitely been appreciated & recognition of the importance of customer service and communication may help ABC Glass in the future.

EDIT: I received a call from Anthony/Tony from ABC Glass & he left me a message. The next day, I returned his call. He said that he called to inquire about my window & wanted to know what was going on. I replied that he obviously read my review and that my window info was there. He stated that he wanted to redo the caulking, but I informed him that the window was already installed. He then offered to send me a gift certificate, which I declined, explaining that I wouldn't be returning to ABC Glass. I told him that I wish someone would've called me regarding the delay from 2 weeks to 8 weeks plus, and also that I respectfully expressed my concern to Fran. He replied, "she's just an employee. " WRONG ANSWER.

They fixed the chip in my windshield in less than 15 minutes.very helpful and super friendly

We got our car undercoated with fluid film. Do not park your car in your driveway for a week or so because the black stuff drips.

Overpriced. Shop around. I should have. I did after the fact. That's how bad it was. The owner was rude. The lady that took care of me was very nice, friendly and very helpful. Fran I believe her name was. Sorry Fran I won't be back. Not after your boss almost accused me and you of cheating him out of $5.30. He wanted to catch you not charging me for a cut.

6 hours to install windshield, interior trashed. I Do not recommend! They didn't even take the time to clean the wind shield when they we're done.

Extremely helpful and knowledge, a wide range of services. Fair pricing and a wide range of commercial and residential glazing services and supplies. Custom cuts were always extremely accurate. All around great hometown professional service and product providers.

Got my van undercoated with fluid film, but after I got it home and inspected it discovered that there were quite a few spots then didn't coat well (if at all, dry to to touch). They offered to have me come back in and have them take a look at but considering it took me 2 1/2 hours first time I decided I didn't care to repeat that experience.

Edit: They did reach out after I cancelled my follow up appointment trying to make it right. I think they would have made a good effort if I went back in, but it wasn't worth the 30 minute drive each way plus the 90 minute wait time to find out during my work day. I decided to buy the fluid film and spray it myself along with my 2 other vehicles that needed it.

How did my review get taking down? Please peoples stay far away, they didnt show up to court! Running a scheme buisness, now its a ongoing issue to get my money back! I left a bad review 2 months ago, just notice it got taking down! Thank god for Facebook! To put this buisness out there

Abc glass did a custom order for us. We had 2 pieces of glass cut to put on top of furniture that was older and needed their top protected. The work was not only quality but they did the order in 2 days to accommodate our move out of town. Have used them in the past and always have been pleased!

As of tomorrow it will be 7 weeks that I called to get my window replaced! I was told 2 weeks and it should be installed! I called at 3 weeks and it still wasn't in! At 4 weeks I called again and they said it came in on Tuesday (I called on Thursday) and I scheduled it for Friday to be installed. Friday morning I got a call saying they ordered the wrong frame and it would be in the following Tuesday at the latest. The entire week went by and again most of the following! Week 6 I called and was told yes it came in the last week and we have you scheduled for Thursday. I asked why someone didn't call me and ask if I would be home Thursday for them to install it? Had no reason. Now I'm at 6 weeks of no window when I was told it would be 2. Just got a call to CONFIRM my appointment for tomorrow. I said again no I said yesterday I wasn't available Thursday. I'm free Friday and next Tuesday. No availability! So the following Tuesday is my only opportunity to get the window I have been waiting for! 2 days shy of waiting for a window for 9 weeks. If they cared about customer service they would have made sure to get the window in as soon as possible, called when it came in or offered a discount for the amount of trouble this has caused. 9 weeks without a window is RIDICULOUS!
