Getting hired at ABC Nanny has been a great experience. I am so glad to have had the opportunity to get hired for this position. The hiring process is easy and simple and the communication is amazing. I highly recommend if you are looking for a nanny or looking to be hired as a nanny to look into ABC Nanny and you won’t regret it.

For me it was worth the money. Yes it is expensive and I was skeptical of not meeting or talking to the nanny before hiring because I’m such a control freak. But in this area (Bucks County) there is no one that worthwhile on Care or Sittercity. Beth was just persistent enough without being pushy and very patient in explaining the process and listened to my needs. She found a nanny very quickly but she was above my budget and had limited availability due to me only needing 25 hrs a week. Beth diligently found a new person that met all of my needs and we decided to go for it. The new nanny is exceptional, way above and beyond what I could have hoped for. We love her so much and she easily integrated into our family. I’m so thankful for Beth and her help. I would definitely and have already recommended this service to my friends.

They always answered any questions I had, always answered me in a timely manner, and walked me through everything in order to apply and wait for the families to pick you. Starting up was a bit rough having to make several videos. But! After that, everything else was a smooth ride. I got picked for the family I was hoping for. Beth worked well on both ends. I can’t complain! ABC Nanny is a great place to work with!

UPDATE!

So… it WAS all great in the beginning! I ended up working with another family. I originally wanted another one and Beth insisted that I worked with the one she pushed on me. That family was great by the way. I told her I wanted a full time family and I was considering leaving and her squeaky voice changed right along with her demeanor! I stayed with the family and asked to work with another family. I texted the number and tried calling; also, leaving an email and NO ONE ANSWERED! Not one HUMAN ANSWERED only automated recording. Please don’t waste your time! The families are great! The company is horrible.

ABC nanny was amazing with helping me find the right family. When we matched it was like fate. They are so amazing and welcoming to me and the little one was comfortable with me right away. I'm so glad I chose ABC nanny.

Gave my resume and certifications promptly, called to find out status of a job I was interested in and was told they went with someone else.only to find out the job was listed with another agency! Lol they went with someone else is right! Refused to allow me to see the “profile” they had created on my behalf and I found that unprofessional. There’s so many better known and easier to work with agencies who will actually get you interviews. Go elsewhere.
