ABC North Lanes, Harrisburg PA

Very fun and family place! Nice and helpful employees. Kids enjoyed so much (1-5 years old). My mom loved it too! Have a little game room. I would love if they could put a sing in the Not working games so you don’t waste your money, other wise, I very recommended!

Our group had a wonderful experience on a Saturday morning. It turns out they offer a deal for up to four people to bowl as many games as possible in 2 hours. This deal includes the ball and shoes for $50. The lanes were not crowded and it was an enjoyable, relaxing day out!
Just a tip: make sure all your bowlers have their ball and are ready to go because once you hit start, the 2 hr timer begins to count down.

Very Disappointed, employees who were working on Wednesday night were very rude, not a good service at all

They kicked us off our 2 lanes after 1 hour of play, but they claim they don't take reservations! Why would you send away 17 paying customers when you have many open lanes not used? They told us it would be an hour or more wait for just one lane! Ridiculous! We will go elsewhere! Poor customer service!

Worst bowling center in the area. Have had numerous troubles in the past.tonight about 5 minutes before closing.so i get it to a degree.the bartender snuck over and took our pitcher and when confronted about it she said you were in the game room. What's that even mean? I know you Wana go home but you knew where I was why not ask Me? It felt like theft I was with my girl and a friend we could have easily finished it together. The people who work here don't care about you! Management should be ashamed!

They were a little busy for a Sunday afternoon, but the staff was friendly and helpful despite being short staffed and having multiple parties going on. The bathrooms were maintained and clean, and the lanes were as well. They take care to sanitize everything prior to restocking.

Local alley good for the neighborhood. I found it by searching for places near where I was staying with my granddaughters.

I take no joy in writing this review, but I am compelled to do so by my desire to see a change in the customer service at ABC North bowling lanes. Ultimately, I want to see the venue thrive. The customer service at ABC North is one of the worst I have ever seen. I have been to this place more than 40 times and the staff is consistently rude. I don't expect a huge greeting and fake smile every time I interact with customer service representatives, but some courtousy is always expected. 98% of the time there are no greetings and no niceties. In place of that there are certainly rude comments from time to time. The staff isn't personable on any level. They will not make any accommodations that you ask for including providing a buffer lane between you and the next people bowling even when there are MANY open lanes. In case ABC North responds to this review and wants to make some rebuttal about my last statement, please don't believe it. On multiple occasions i have been stuck next to a family with 3 children who do not practice proper bowling etiquette. On these occasions there were many other lanes they could have stuck us on and we asked specifically to be put on a different lane AS WE WERE CHECKING IN and the associate specifically told us hes "gonna put us wherever he wants to put us, take it or leave it" in a rude manner. On that specific occasion there were at least 12 open lanes between the family and the league on the other end of the building. (Please no contrived excuses ABC). We take bowling seriously and we understand that children enjoy bowling and we want them to enjoy this great game, but there is a way for both the children to enjoy the game and for the more "serious" bowlers to enjoy the game simultaneously. The attitude that was exhibited was unacceptable. We typically don't write a lot of reviews but we feel compelled to write this negative review because this pattern of behavior has continued on for a long time consistently. We harbor no ill will to the people that have disrespected us but we would just like to see a better level of customer service so we, and all patrons of ABC North, can enjoy our outings more and so the venue can also enjoy greater success. I have you know this was the worst bowling alley I have ever been in. The chicken nuggets were absolutely terrible. Me and my friends who are not the strongest were trying to use 6 lb.balls and bumpers. But we were shamed for our skills and told that we were “old enough”. The only enjoyable thing about this place is the arcade. Which is also a scam. We were also cussed at by the owners. This happened to me on 10/4 at about 9: 00. The man in the Jimmy Garopolo jersey and the man in the green shirt.

This place is horrible! They completely mistreated us and were all over us all night because we bowled “incorrectly” Dont go Here! Bowling balls are sticky greasy and have goo on them. We were also cussed out alot and told we weren't old enough and making fun of us even though he is the one working a 9-5 at a bowling alley, loser.

Fun place to go with friends. Prices aren't bad especially if you have more people, 60 dollars for 2 hours. Overall radical place.

Absolutely Terrible. This bowling was very mean and demeaning towards me and my friends. We payed 56 dollars for a lane. We were cussed out multiple times for using 6 pound balls even though those same exact balls were being used by others in the lane next to us. He also pressed one of my friends and caused an argument with a loyal customer. The arcade games are rigged and the food there is terrible. There was even a pizza slice on the toilet. If I could I would rate this place 0 stars. Very terrible

Was a casual visit and the staff seemed friendly enough and everything was as expected. Bathrooms were remodeled and clean. Everything was nice. Thanks ABC!

Great bowling alley. Great service. Great staff. Everyone had a great time. We will be back!

Very clean and it seems to be updated since I've been here last. It was a nice visit. No unruly crowds. A nice bar.
